At times this pharmacy is horrible at sometimes it's good. For the past year or so, I haven't had many complaints except one time in the past year they flat out misplaced my medication so I had to come back the next day.

Drove there at 3:00 a.m. to get medication and it said they were open, but when we got there the door was locked and there was a sign on the door saying they will reopen at 4:45.

This location is probably closed. Spent 40 minutes on hold waiting to talk to someone but never got a human. The computer shuffled around to various types of on-hold music, then just hung up so I am guessing nobody works at this location.

Everybody gives these guys a hard time, myself included. Every store goes through certain employees etc., but I cant think of a pharmacy that's treated me any better and they've been my go to for about 9 years. So I guess that my opinion.

Garbage tier pharmacy, just had my wisdom teeth removed and they refused to fill my prescriptions without first contacting my dentist which was already closed for the night. The CVS across the street was completely hassle free by comparison and actually were empathetic to my situation. Go anywhere else really but Walgreens for prescriptions.

The pharmacist pleaded with me to call headquarters for help. Understaffed. I am receiving vaccines there. All my Rxs now come from Hopkins Medicine Outpatient PHARMACY. They deliver. Walgreens corporate headquarters never responded to letters, texts, emails or phone calls. Useless

Worst service I have ever received. & even after that I still had to call back to ask a question, was on hold for 20 minutes, & then they disconnected before I could even talk to someone. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else

Absolutely awful! They literally will not answer the phone……ever and they admit to it! The pharmacy manager is the nastiest person I’ve ever dealt with. They blame everything on being short staffed but other Walgreens are great. It’s just this one. Please avoid at all cost!

Save yourself the time and stress; don't get your prescriptions filled here. They never pick up the phone and theres always an insane long line to get to the counter. Also, I had antibiotics ordered and youd think that would be filled quickly given that theyre prescribed solely for infection, but it was never filled and I couldnt get ahold of someone on the phone to ask them to fill it. The management of the pharmacy department needs to restrategize because what theyre doing isnt quite working.Update: they were out of stock and never bothered to notify me so that I could switch pharmacies to get my antibiotics. That is unacceptable, especially when it comes to antibiotics/infection!!!! I called the Safeway and the guy said that Id be better off getting the doctor to send it to them instead of having Safeway call Walgreens for a transfer cause they never pick up the phone. Just awful!
