Absolutely awful! They literally will not answer the phone……ever and they admit to it! The pharmacy manager is the nastiest person I’ve ever dealt with. They blame everything on being short staffed but other Walgreens are great. It’s just this one. Please avoid at all cost!

Save yourself the time and stress; don't get your prescriptions filled here. They never pick up the phone and theres always an insane long line to get to the counter. Also, I had antibiotics ordered and youd think that would be filled quickly given that theyre prescribed solely for infection, but it was never filled and I couldnt get ahold of someone on the phone to ask them to fill it. The management of the pharmacy department needs to restrategize because what theyre doing isnt quite working.Update: they were out of stock and never bothered to notify me so that I could switch pharmacies to get my antibiotics. That is unacceptable, especially when it comes to antibiotics/infection!!!! I called the Safeway and the guy said that Id be better off getting the doctor to send it to them instead of having Safeway call Walgreens for a transfer cause they never pick up the phone. Just awful!

I have been going here on and off for years and I can say conclusively that they are almost completely inept. If you don't hold their hand nothing will get done as it should but good luck getting in touch with them without a minimum 30 minute hold. If they could only be as timely with their prescriptions as they are with their own meal break they would be the best in town. Whoever runs this pharmacy desperately needs to be relieved of duties and replaced with someone competent.

The pharmacist and staff are uninformative, verbally/pharmacologically vindictive and dismissive, especially when they mess up. The blonde with dreads is combative. Patrick also violated HIPPA in front office of a crowd they had left waiting anytime they snuck to the back to snicker about a patients upset.

This Walgreens pharmacy was terrible. Mistakes, long waits and enduring mind numbing pain because my meds were not in stock Then Walgreens hired Rita as pharmacy manager. Over the last 2 weeks she has worked miracles to help get my meds. I suffer from a crippling auto immune disorder. She has gone above and beyond expectations to help me. She is a great asset to the Walgreens pharmacy. Thanks very much . Your greatly appreciated

Pharmacy department needs to answer their phone!! It can take fifty minutes to get prescriptions via the drive-thru. They claim that my provider refused a refill. I found out my prescriber didn't refuse. They don't even bother to let you know they are out of stock of your medication until you go to pick it up. This location doesn't care about their customers.

This hands down is the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. I have to go here because of insurance. Wait times there and phone waits are horrendous, the line inside is basically at the end of the building, the drive thru line is almost to the street. I dont care that this is a busy location, that us a excuse.The regional manager needs to be gone, I blame him or her , because nothing has been changed staff wise etc, it's been this way for years, so I blame him or her. If you would read these reviews, and comments , you would get a sense of what's going on at this location? But, clearly these reviews must not be taken seriously, your customer service or attentiveness is unacceptable. I've been in the customer service industry for 27 years now and if I treated my customers like this I would not be in business. Watch your cameras in the store , you can see peoples reactions for the long wait times and how your staff gets annoyed easily with your customers because they want what they paid for. Higher Management , Vice President, needs to wake up and seriously see where you are going wrong, is it training, lack of training, believe me word of mouth travels and you ask anyone around this area about this pharmacy and they will all give you the same answer \" unacceptable \" I get that you are a big corporation and this probably doesn't matter because it's one customer speaking, 1 customer turns into 1,000. The proof is in your reviews. I was just on hold for a hour , then just hung up on as a matter of fact, check your phone log. I never, ever write reviews , this I had to, it's ridiculous!

POOR Pharmacy service!!! The doctor's office can't get through to the pharmacy to order the prescription needed because they're on hold for almost 2 hours. And the pharmacist I'm standing in front of can't talk the the doctor's staff via my phone. Please make it make sense!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. My story is long but the bottom line is that they have zero customer service skills and no compassion. I spent 4 days and countless hours try to fill a prescription and ended up going to another pharmacy once they told me after waiting 25 minutes in the drive through that I would have to go to the back of the line inside the store. Insane!

They try, but it seems like they have a ton of staff drama and staff that does NOT care. Hey if you wanna just do the minimum to get your check, that's fine, but do that in another field, don't make 4 people wait an hour because you wanna talk, good off. Or sigh. Or complain about how you have to obey corporates inhumane rules that team up coworkers against eachother. They were behind so they turned all the phones off and the manager or pharmacist.. I dunno. He was overly hype about forget the phone just fill the orders we have to hit our numbers and make up for the last shift and ... It's like. Guys. It's life. Chill. Be safe and enjoy your time together and enjoy your blink of a moment here on earth. Don't tell about your quotas like is your big line in the movie. It literally scared the elderly folks , I felt bad that they were frightened.

The pharmacist had other patient while I was no. 1 in line and on hold for 30 minutes. Then, he/she tried to cut me off because other patients were in line. He/she did not help ne like a hearing patient. I an deaf and didn't get same amount of time with the pharmacist like hearing patients on the phone. It was very disrespected!!!!!

worst pharmacy staff and phone system ever!!! wait times on hold over an hour and then get hung up on! landing area not at local pharmacy and have little if any insight into what the problems are, and only option is to transfer you to the store number where you sit on hold AGAIN!!! What ever happened to customer service? Or staffing to an appropriate level to meet your customers needs. If you can't staff 24/7 then at least shorten the hours so you can staff \"normal day time hour\" appropriately!

The absolute WORST Walgreens and pharmacy in the area. Associates incredibly rude and the manager is not any better. All of them have attitudes are completely incompetent in their ability to run or manage anything. I made a vaccine appointment for today. I have a VERY busy and tight schedule--so I made an appointment for the vaccine. I arrived at the pharmacy and there was a 10+ people long line waiting to pick up prescriptions. I went to the pharmacy desk and told them I had an appointment for a vaccine. The girl behind the counter told me I had to "get in line with everyone waiting for prescriptions." I told her I had an appointment and shouldn't have to wait in line with people who are waiting to pick up prescriptions--not people waiting for a vaccine. She copped an attitude with me and told me that I had to despite having an appointment. I spoke to the manager and she also had a horrible attitude and told me that despite having a VACCINE appointment, I would have to wait with the 10+ people waiting for prescriptions and that no one else could check me in for my appointment that had NOTHING to do with waiting for prescriptions. After waiting 30 min, I left without my vaccine and will have to make an appointment somewhere else. This place is a joke.

I made a vaccine appointment for 6:30pm. Didn't get it until 8pm. No one cared and no one explained until I asked and was treated like I was so mean.Store is not too bad for perscriptions (about 5 minutes per person in front of you) but they could explain before you wait 90 minutes).
