ZERO stars! I was told it would be a few minutes for my prescription. 30 min later I checked in on it and was told they’re going on lunch. How much sense does it make to send the whole staff to lunch at the same time?! They were supposed to open again at 2 and did not open to serve until 2:05. I witnessed other customers have issues with appointments they made but got turned away due to the lunch break and other mishaps.They said my insurance wouldn’t cover the prescriptions, but I knew it was covered. After almost 2 hours of incompetence, I requested they transfer my stuff to CVS. But they said CVS had to call them to request it. I was at CVS and listened to them be put on hold for at least 10 min. CVS was great, the prescription were covered by insurance. It’s sad that a corporation won’t care when I say I’ll never use Walgreens again.

I switched to here once because they were one of the few pharmacies that had my prescription after I spent weeks trying to fill it. Was thrilled and relieved.The problem came the second time I tried to fill it. They had 4 days to ship it in and said it would be there. That day comes and they tell me that it should be there but they can't find it. While there have been supply chain issues in the past, those are over and they still could not manage to fill this. Was told many different things about where it was and when it would be ready. Additionally, I've been in the crazy circumstance where I seem to know more about my medication than the pharmacist.

They don't price match for their own online presence. The only way to get online prices. You need to spend $10 minimum to order online.

Although the pharmacy has gotten better and there is one lady that works in the pharmacy (wish I knew her name) that is always on point, friendly and helpful and my rxs are ready when they say and it’s better than before, they recently changed their pharmacy hours now. The hours are unrealistic, now they close at 5:30 pm on weekdays and closed all together on weekends, what is that about? That's difficult to deal with as I work during the week and get off at 5 so there is no possible way for me to make it there on time to pick up my rx and now I don't even have the weekends to fall back on to pick it up. I know it's not the pharmacy staff's fault and they are just doing what they are told. I hope the hours change is temporary and consider rethinking those hours. Seems like when things get better at this location, things take a step backwards.

Pharmacy technicians are rude and unprofessional. Telling me it was ready 2 days ago when I only got the call it was ready this morning. Even if you’re right no one asked you. I pick it up on my own time.
