Pharmacy is always out of my medication. They told me I could come pick it up finally after 2pm . Paid for a Uber to go all the way up there just for them to say never mind we don't have enough pills you have to wait till Wednesday. Had to pay $30 now I'll have to pay another another $30 when they finally have it ready. Have been waiting 6 days now for my medication.

I scheduled an appointment to get a yellow fever vaccine. They accepted it. Sent me confirmations. I took 20 minute uber over. Sit for 15 minutes after checking in and then ask how long the wait would be. They said the person who does the vaccines isn’t in and that they can’t give me any shots today.
Terrible management and accountability. No communication via text or to me while I sat in the waiting area.

I had an online appointment for a vaccine and when I arrived they told me that the web page offers appointments after 6 30 pm but there's no one able to give you the vaccine

If i could give 0 I would.
Everything behind a lock (I get it) but only 1 employee in the entire store when everything is locked up? Such awful management and planning!
Shelves and fridges constantly empty it's pathetic.

Very bad! I suggest that the team completes their employee training first. There was an issue where sending packages via FedEx worked with a QR code a few days ago, but later it stopped working. This inconsistency might be due to a gap in training or understanding of the process.

Staff is lazy. They don't want to help you and they can't tell time because they always close early. It was 745 when I got there and the doors were locked. Pharmacy will pick and choose what prescriptions they will fill. I wouldn't even give this place 1 start but I had to in order to leave my review.

I frequent this Walgreens regularly as I live in the neighborhood and I would normally give it a higher rating except this past week 6/30-7/6/2024 The store has been without air and has also half of their refrigeration is out. However the staff are exceptionally polite and helpful.

The pharmacy staff are so rude to their customers. I had my medication transferred to this location just for me to get there& they told me this system was down on a Friday. This location is the only pharmacy that is closed on the weekends. When Monday got here their system was still down& wouldn't transfer my medication to another location. They are rude for no reason at all. Don't do business with this location because it's not worth the hassle. I see why they are closing alot of the walgreens down. Now these rude employees wont have a job& can't treat people badly anymore.

It says they close at 8p.m., but the doors are always locked after 7:35. I got here tonight at 7:40 and they would only let people out. ?
