Unfortunately the staff who answer the back pharmacy phone are NASTY & MEAN every single time. Its clear these people absolutely HATE their job. ZERO customer service or curtesy. I just called to gently inquire if a medicine was in stock, and before I could finish my sentence she cut me off with a nasty comment. The treatment is no better in person, where they act like they hate their job and act as if all the customers are a major bother. This is so sad Walgreens, hire better humans, please.

The worst experience ever! I didn’t received my medication even my primary care physician faxed the pharmacy order to refill. When I called the pharmacy I was told that insurance declined to cover this medication. I contacted my insurance and was told that medication I need is still covered, there 2 kinds of the same medication: one in capsules that I’ve been taking for years and needed to be refilled and another in tablets which is not covered. Somebody in the pharmacy ordered the wrong medication. For 4 days in a row at a different time I was trying to call the pharmacy to figure out what is going on but they just didn’t answer the phone for hours with the same message over and over: the stuff is taking another calls and there are 3 callers in front of me, for 4 days were 3 callers in front of me. Finally today, after listening for recorded message for hours someone answered and told me that my my prescription was filled since October 18 when my doctor ordered the refill. Today is October 26 and no one in the pharmacy bothered to let me know. Use another pharmacy if your health is important to you.

This pharmacy is horrible. I don’t even know what the point is of making an appointment for a shot because you’ll stand there forever and nobody will help you. There is always a huge line full of people, and not enough staff working behind the counter, and the staff that are there don’t seem to know what’s going on. Do better!

Horrible place. Pharmacy is a disappointment. Nobody is not even looking at you when you finally got a chance to be called to the window.You are being totally ignored and disrespected.Shame to have this kind of "service " in the beautiful neighborhood like Quarry Lake.

What a nasty store! Customer service is non existent. Shelves are blank with no order to anything. Worst store ever I would go anywhere else.

The pharmacy is abysmal. To get a prescription filled is a herculean feat. Why this national chain can't get it together is a mystery.

Too bad there is no option for Zero stars. Hopefully the last time that I ever use this pharmacy. The story is too pathetic to write here. Suffice to say, that there incompetence is surpassed only by their stupidity.

The store is fine but the pharmacy is very slow. There is always a line and the line moves slowly. They are not good at meeting time commitments. If they say 20 minutes, you should assume 30 or 45, especially if you don’t wait right there. Basically, they do not have enough staff and the process needs updating. There are some people there who try to be helpful and the location is great. But when you can, go somewhere else.

I get it that they’re understaffed, but if they are unable to fill a prescription, just say so! Terrible customer service and terrible response time (no response time!!).

The pharmacy is a train wreck. I spoke with the manager about this a year ago and I see no sign of improvement. The latest is that I tried to get a prescription renewed a week ago. My doctor sent the referral in early, which apparently was a huge error because no one knew how to handle it. I thought I had things straightened out 3 days ago, when I was told it would be ready the next day by 11AM. I called at 1 that day and was told I would have to talk with a pharmacist. After spending a long time on hold someone hung up on me. I called again and never was removed from hold. So I called today and was told the prescription was back ordered and that I should call in another 2 days to see if it came in (not, "We'll call you as soon as it comes in"). I asked why I wasn't told this a week ago because I need the medication and the pharmacist got angry at me so I hung up. I'm moving my scripts to another pharmacy and writing to corporate headquarters.

Store is fine but the pharmacy is worse than a 3rd world country. They never answer the phone and hang up before you even speak with someone at the store. The pharmacy used to be efficient and passable, the past 2 years it's gone completely down the drain and it's utter trash.

I wish I could say this was at least a decent pharmacy to use but it's not. They're always late filling prescriptions. They're always out of stock which delays you from getting your prescription. Let's not even mention the drive-through that's ridiculously long waiting, just absolute worst.

This pharmacy is an absolute waste of time. The fill time is roughly 3-4 times longer than other area pharmacies. And when you speak with the staff, they dismiss your frustration and concern and provide the same barely applicable answers to your questions over and over again. I don't get the impression that they are paying attention or care at all about their customers.
