This review is for the pharmacy. This is by far the most next level of terrible pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They never have my meds in stock and never know when they will be in stock. I have to go weeks at times without my meds and have to suffer. They are clueless, rude and have zero skills on how to talk to customers. This location used to be great when they first opened but took THE biggest nosedive the past few years. GO ELSEWHERE. ANYWHERE.

Told prescriptions would be ready in 20 mins. So we bought some thing in the store while waiting. Now our frozen foods are melting etc. We've waited over an hour and no true answer on 1 of 3 prescriptions being either available or partly available and told to wait as they were with other customers now. Quite frankly, you didn't tell us the other 2 are ready and we are sitting right here... also, we have seen other customers be checked in and leave and now this other customer too, you had several chances to reach out to us and let us know, knowing you told us it would be only 20 mins and it's been well over an hour. I honestly feel like this is discrimination against us as we are gay.

Anyone behind the pharmacy counter will tell you anything to try to get you to leave. I don't know if they are lying or just don't know. I've had prescriptions delayed by over a week multiple times not only due to backorders but just general lack of understanding from the staff. When there is an insurance problem they don't contact you to let you know even if you're signed up for alerts, and half the time it's not even an insurance problem, it's that they don't know how to enter stuff correctly in their own system. Calling is no help, you have to go to the actual counter and hope there is not a line of people 10 deep (rare). Also if you ever make a vaccine appointment there, you will likely not be seen until at least 45 minutes after your appointment time, likely longer. Avoid.

Moved her from out of town. Called to get my prescription switched and refilled. They lied and claimed they’d call my previous pharmacy to get the prescription. They never did so I called back the next day and they stated they were busy and they would do it today. They never did and I called back the next day just to be on hold for 2 hours and for them to inform me that they couldn’t locate my information so I’d have to start the process all over.

I needed my meds for medical condition, and a customer service pharmacy tech was very rude and disrespectful to me on the phone that IIiterally came across town just to talk to the manager because of the incident. It was the respect and apologies of Quantajah (store manager) and Nakkiara pharmacy Lead, who might as well and should be a manager, that resolved my issues. They went above and beyond to make sure not only that I received my meds thst I really needed, but to make sure what happened won't happen, and they were the reason I'm writing this review and that I didn't call corporate, because they cared about my well being as a customer of many years, and they both believed in excellent customer service. I give a big shout out to these two heroes who looked out for their customer in need.

I booked a vaccination appointment and waited 25 minutes before realizing I was 8th in line and only 1 person was being seen in that timeframe. I left because I had places to be. Walgreens ran my insurance when I checked. They wouldn’t provide me with a voided receipt when I had to leave. I may be unable to get my shot this year if my insurance is messed up now for a service I didn’t receive.

I have been attempting to contact the pharmacy for 2 days.. no success.. I finally drove to the pharmacy to be told that the Pharmacist needs to look at the prescription. I have been in line for 30 minimum without ANYTHING...

This pharmacy used to be great. Over the past year it has taken a serious down turn. RX's don't get filled on time, If at all. Doctors offices have to send in authorizations 3-4 times. As of today they are temporarily closed with no information about when they will reopen, and I am out of meds dispite calling the refill in on Monday. I plan on switching pharmacy's.

This Walgreen need to learn Customer service skills. Pharmacy never can get nothing right with insurance.Ladies at Pharmacy see people in line. But rather gossip .I will never go to this store again. A lot of young running there big mouth and can't do there job .Don't waste your time going here.

Very incompetent pharmacy staff. They called ME saying my prescription was ready to be picked up. I arrive and wait over 15 minutes for my prescription to be “filled”. They kept helping other customers who came in after me until I finally asked if mine was ready. She said yes, I just had to wait for it to be approved by the pharmacist who was helping a customer who came in way after me. Absolutely idiotic. The young staff thought it was funny. Changing pharmacies so fast.

I called all over trying to find somewhere to get my school vaccines. Everywhere was running low. After talking to 4 other pharmacies, I was told this Walgreens had it. But when I arrived they said they were missing a reconstituting agent.Senait stepped in and said if I could come back a couple days later she would personally make sure they had that vaccine (and the reconstitution agent). This was more than I could get from my own in network care providers! I was so relieved to have gotten my vaccines in time for school. Very grateful to Ms. Senait for going above and beyond to help me.

This pharmacy frequently does not fill my prescriptions on time. Maybe 1 out of 5 times that it actually does is a miracle. I am a severely disabled veteran and do not receive my medication until 1 WEEK LATER THAN EXPECTED. There is constant turnover - the staff blames one another for their mistakes. I have Tricare and am unable to use another pharmacy. This is definitely going to be sent to the veterans administration for review on the reliability of Walgreens in serving the disabled/retired military community. GET IT TOGETHER, P-L-E-A-S-E!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This pharmacy used to be competent, but in the past couple of years it has totally gone downhill. They rarely fill prescriptions on time, and never adequately communicate when there are issues. It's super frustrating and I am looking for a new pharmacy.

Unbelievable, multiple negative experiences here. I actually live in the same building and will gladly go anywhere but here. I don’t care if you’re overworked you can still be kind. Unprofessional and rude.

The pharmacy has gone way, way downhill. They used to be functional but these days the staff is really rude and always mess up my prescriptions. Going to switch locations soon.
