Terrible experience. Unprofessional staff, long wait times, and a complete lack of communication or care. If I had a pet, I wouldn't even trust this pharmacy to fill their medication—let alone mine. Avoid if you can.

Horrible employees especially in the pharmacy, very ruin … very unpleasant, it’s always a wait inside and the drive through and the phone but have all those employees back there collect checks for free … VERY Disappointed

Super slow service. Waited in pharmacy drive through for a half hour with only 2 cars ahead of me. Waited at the window for another 15 minutes.

YEARS of HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. When your family is in need, multiple times waiting on hold for 30 minutes at a time at various times of the day, not just rush hour.. only to hear them pick up and put you on hold a total of 15 times some of them even said thank you for holding, click. Go elsewhere, no matter how inconvenient! I wish there was an option for 0 stars and I never give bad reviews.

I give them 1 star only because they were open. Everything else about this location is horrible. The manager is proud of her poor ratings. The other "managers" "don't care" if they lose sales. Rudeness abounds at pharmacy counter. There is nothing about store that is acceptable. Consider going elsewhere if you prefer to be treated with respect.

If i could give negative stars, i would. Absolutely worst. The store is fine, but the pharmacy is like a day care. They go to school for this and don't know how to do their job. They hang up on you while you've been on hold for 30+ minutes. They can't answer any medical questions. I could do a better job. They act like kids behind the desk bsing while you're waiting in a line of 20 people. The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. Don't waste your time. There's a CVS right across the street.

This is a terrible Walgreens. They sent notifications telling you your prescriptions are ready, you get there and the tech says, "oh it's ready but the pharmacist didn't sign off on it. She's in the restroom, she'll be right back just sit right a minute."
Literally 27 minutes later, this pharmacist "appears" herself (and no, this is not during their scheduled closed hour for lunch) and wanders her way through the pharmacy, moseying like she has nothing better to do, and then wandered away. Again.
Multiple people have been given this excuse by the poor tech. So now we're all here waiting on our prescriptions because the pharmacist who is currently "working" at 5:30pm on 5/1/24 can't actually be bothered to do her job. Do better, Walgreens.

Moesha at the pharmacy was great! I came right after work so the pharmacy was absolutely packed with customers, and one of my prescriptions had come in from a fulfillment center so it wasn't with the others. She was calm and friendly despite the chaos, and she made sure I had everything I needed before I left. I just moved to the area, and this was definitely a positive first impression!

Literally the worst pharmacy ever. Nobody ever picks up the phone & you have to wait in line forever to get your medicine just for them to tell you it’s not ready.
