Not at all surpised over the 1 star rating this place has! It's a complete nightmare. They have a huge selection of things, I mean it is walmart. But the customer service here is not good at all. I had some questions and came in, they said they would help but left and never came back. I was trying to get something that was locked up. Pretty upset with how the visit went today

I ordered a Keurig from Walmart. This is the box of trash I received instead of Keurig coffee maker. Disgraceful! Either Fedx driver stole it or someone from Walmart replaced coffee maker at Walmart. Walmart customer service was no help. I will never ever order from Walmart again!

This store is terrible! I have no idea how corporate doesn't know! Every aisle had merchandise on the floors.. employees walking around and only had 4-5 registers open.. no self check outs and lines going back 10 people deep.. honestly we bounced! It would have taken so long to check out it wasn't worth staying for.. it was the worst Walmart I think I e ever been to. Do not know what the problem is but if this was our store back home it would have been closed.. it's a hot mess is putting it mildly!! I suggest move on to next one!!

The lady who originally was at the counter was pretty rude, but I’m gonna assume she had a long shift and was just tired… the next lady I got was pretty nice, but then she told me they wouldn’t cash my check because it was for “too much money” and I didn’t have a profile or something with them… How would I go about starting business with them if they’re declining my business on the first go? Also, a biweekly check under $1000 should not have been grounds to be considered “too much money” when I’ve seen people go in with checks worth way more than that with no issues. I basically stood in line and at that counter collectively for 20 minutes with mid service just to not even receive the service i was waiting in line for. Get it together Walmart.

This is the worst Walmart I've ever been to. Twice I've purchased from the online and the product was sold by a 3rd party seller. Both times I tried to return each item and both times they told me that their system was down therefore I had to find another store or ship it myself. They offer me no help as to where the nearest store was nothing but stares. I hate going to Walmart from now on I'm shopping at Target

This is hands down 1 of the worst Walmarts in the Baltimore area. Their money order machine is constantly down, they constantly have long lines at checkout due to slow cashiers (most of the time), the shelves in the aisles are either half stocked or not at all. Ask one of the staff where an item is, they look around like they're lost and reply, "I don't know" versus ,"let me find someone who works in that department, to help". They honestly need to install self checkout because this location is a Super Center and can support 2 self checkout points.

I placed a delivery order to be delivered between 1 PM and 2 PM it is now 1039 and I still have not received my order I called the store and you can never get an answer you call the customer service number and they are not helpful at all they think giving me $15 off your next order is going to help when yet you have not receive the order that you already placed when if I knew I would not received my order I could've used Instacart and had my order within two hours I placed my order while I was out of town in Chicago thinking by time I get home my groceries would have been delivered but that was not the case instead I'm home with no groceries and you have to wait for a refund to come see your card so I can than actually go buy groceries. This is unacceptable and if you can't handle the load of deliveries than maybe they should not do them

I have sent corporate two lengthy emails talking about everything from mind blowing disorganization to pathetic customer service. This is the worst Walmart I've EVER been to. Shelves are half stocked IF that. Hang tags are empty or they've got the wrong product on them. Associates are standing around either talking and laughing or they're checking you out while they're on their phone and they don't speak to you much less make eye contact. Each time I've been there they have one, lengthy check out line open. Honestly? There really isn't one positive attribute about this store come to think of it.
