Title: Disappointing and Unethical Handling of a Sensitive SituationRating: ★☆☆☆☆Review:My recent experience with Walmart has left me utterly disappointed and disgusted. My elderly mother, who was in the hospital battling a stroke and heart attack, fell victim to credit card fraud, with the perpetrators making purchases at Walmart and multiple other stores. Despite promptly reporting the unauthorized charges and providing all necessary documentation, Walmart callously refused to refund my mother's hard-earned money.As a long-time loyal customer of Walmart, I never expected to be treated with such blatant disregard and insensitivity in a time of crisis. The lack of empathy and failure to address this issue appropriately has shattered my trust in this corporation. It is truly disheartening to witness such unethical behavior from a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction.I strongly advise others to be wary of Walmart's lack of accountability and compassion when it comes to resolving serious matters like fraud. My family's traumatic experience serves as a stark reminder of the callousness and neglect that underlies Walmart's corporate practices. It is a shame that a once-trusted retailer has chosen profit over principles and failed to support a vulnerable individual in need.

Terrible auto center service. Three hours to put four tires on vehicle. Appointment doesn’t matter. Why? Lack of employees. People waiting for hours for service. Employees who are in the auto service department appear to be talking to each other rather than doing their work. Spoke to store manager …nothing changed about my horrible customer experience.Dumping Walmart stock today. Gone to the dogs….

Order online u will have packages stolen by the employees nothing is done about it online orders are never correct about what's in stock so u get stuff week or more after it should have gotten it

The Dundalk Walmart is a fairly new store. It's in a very accessible location and is kept clean. The employees are courteous and helpful as well.

Made an online order to Walmart and their delivery driver Rachel took a picture of my package in her car and took it marking it was delivered when it never was. She stole my package and who knows who else's packages either. The customer service online didn't really care too much about the situation and refunded the order to the wrong card and told nothing they can do cause it was already put through. They took my money and package instantly but when you want the item to be resent they said no and then when asked about a refund they said it taks 2-3 weeks for me to get it back which is rediculous. When you go to the physical store, their shelves are barely stocked anymore and there's a lot of empty shelving through the store. The staff at the this location that I've interacted with were very pleasant and warm hearted. But Walmart as an overall company have lost it's touch and needs to get their stuff together.
