1st rate Butcher. You tell them what kind of meat you're looking for and they will cut it to your specifications. Very pricey but best quality in town. Kosher only.

You gotta try their spicy beef hot dogs and knock wurst. Best butcher shop around. Also their bags are the most sturdy to hold your purchases.
