Wells Fargo cancelled my bank card last Saturday October 8, 2022. I found out that they didn’t mail my card Oct 14, 2022. I went to the bank Wednesday they were closed, Thursday they opened at 10:00 o’clock n Friday the bank was closed on the inside. Service is terrible n I can’t get my money inside of the bank. I don’t like arguing with ppl

They have the least friendly staff of all the Wells Fargo banks I go to. I'm not referring to the tellers. Although they are close my family avoids them completely and waits until we are near any other one if we need any service other than an ATM.

You have to be careful depositing money with the tellers at this location because there is a thief in there. Someone took $200 of the money I was depositing. I had to make a bank claim with corporate and all, currently waiting for them to pull the cameras.

I have banked with Wells Fargo for years and have no complaints until now.Why close the bank on Saturday and banking hours only Monday thru Friday 9 to 5 I live in a working class area and majority work from 9 to 5pm. If Saturday is not financial feasible to have banking hours please consider one late night like Friday 9 to 6pm.I am considering banking with Bank of America because they have Saturday banking hours and it is close to me..

Nobody never answers the phone to the direct number or the 800 number. Always need appointment to come in bank but never can get anyone on the phone. I don’t have car so I can’t go through the drive-up nor can I walk through the drive-up. This bank here has horrible needs improvement ASAP. I’m ready to switch banks Wellsfargo suck

Everytime I have to wait at least 30min to hour. My daughter and husband work for amazon. Amazon checks are written off wells Fargo so we opened account here. The staff does constantly refer you to on line or drive thru. It is frustrating not being able to run in to your bank branch and cash a check with only 2 customers in the bank is this carona or wells fargo employees being lazy? Customer service rep who opened our account was great just expect to spend alot of time at this branch if you need to do ANYTHING

I understand people have fun at customer's expense at just about every job but I would expect that to be done out of sight of other customers. The tellers were making fun of just about every customer they just served in the building or those that went through drive through. I found it highly inappropriate and it's not the customer's job to understand the banking processes hence there's no need to mock them for their ignorance. Any ideas I may have had to make this my bank of choice are definitely off the table. I ALMOST got what I came in for in more time than it should have taken but I sure am glad I don't have to deal with Wells Fargo on a regular basis, in fact this was my first time. WAY TO GO!! Casey and team. Apparently their one business rule is concentrated in one word, "courtesy"

Went in today for something that should have took no longer than 10mins. Waited ALMOST 45 mins to a hr . Branch manager sat in the back and looked and did nothing . Another customer had to get her attention and asked why would she allow her lines to be out of the door . She replied with I’m the BRANCH manger and not a teller . As a manger you should be able to problem solve and help your team out . And as a branch manager you are cross TRAINED everywhere ! So there should have been no excuse . And for her to state in a round about way that’s not her job is unacceptable !!
