ATM only. The INTERIOR branch office, is closed. However, the ATM, although outside, is well lit and there's rarely any foot traffic; therefore, you can see if anyone is approaching. Basically, I feel secure, when there.

Deposited a very large check for our nonprofit last week. It took AN HOUR AND FIFTY MINUTES! Just one transaction. No withdrawal... just a deposit.... all the while staring at a sign on the wall about how they are driven by courtesy. Hey Wells Fargo....it's impolite to keep your customers waiting! Finding another bank who appreciates our time and business. Clearly Wells Fargo does not.

I have been to several Wells Fargo branches and this one has SERIOUS ATTITUDE. My banking needs are met with rolled eyes and heavy sighs. Once I asked for my change a certain way to give my daughter birthday money, and the teller, a heavyset older woman, said she didn't have it in her drawer. Something about the way she said it made me ask if the teller next to her had it. She said I would have to ask her myself (the other teller was sitting 3' away from her and not busy). Yes, she had it. Needlessly snotty. I've been here five times and every time I get a heavy dose of attitude from different tellers. Toxic atmosphere. They appear as if I'm putting them out to make deposits and cash simple checks. This is their version of customer service?? I'm fairly certain it is their JOB to do simple banking transactions. All my neighbors say the same thing about our local branch. We all go elsewhere. And a few have switched to other banks altogether.

I would do a negative if I could!!! This is the 2nd time that I have gone to a teller and they simply did not know how to deposit a check and blamed it on me!!! Extremely disappointed!!!

Yelp and Wells Fargo fail again. Despite what the information page here says, THIS BRANCH DOES NOT HAVE SATURDAY HOURS. Get your $#!+ together, Wells Fargo, and keep your hours updated. Fail.

Been banking with them for 10 yrs and they put a hold on big deposit. Don't know how we can pay our employees and suppliers. Shame on them. Time to find a bank that understand small business needs.

Rude staff who didn't learn customer service. Came in to get a couple stacks of new bills; they looked at me as if I was a drug dealer. I'm traveling to a location where there is no Wells Fargo yet they weren't very accommodating. Most ladies were 50+ and the ambiance at this location was just a bit eerie. They never smiled, and honestly didn't even ask for my id and I was making quite a large withdrawal. They all seemed spaced out and it was ray her quite sad they don't take customer service seriously. I wish they'd learn that people expect good service when they trust an institution with their money.

Staff have seemed overwhelmed when more the 3 customers need help, and seemed to have trouble processing any transactions slightly out of the ordinary. It is the only Wells Fargo for miles, and while it is not the best choice, it is usually the only one.

I have a Bank of America account . My landlord has a Wells Fargo account . As such, I can not make electronic payments . For the past year, I have gone to this branch to make deposits into my landlords account. Today, one of the tellers ( an older woman with a British accent) decides to tell me that I can not make my deposit without an id.. That makes no sense to me because I have been making deposits at this location and other Wells Fargo locations throughout the region without my id .. Was this a microagression ? I don't know .. But either way I will not return to this branch..
