only got one star because you need click something. this bank is horrible, they short change your business on a change order you try calling in to bank and spend 30 minutes trying to get someone on phone . call center is even worse talks to you like you are a child. will never ever recommend wells fargo to anybody.

This branch is in need of some serious assistance. Having 1 teller scream your financial business in front of 15-20 other customers is totally unacceptable. I felt extreme first and second hand embarrassment while visiting this branch.

Incredibly slow service, even on Fridays and first of the month there’s never more than one teller working, sometimes there’s 8-10 people standing in line and it takes forever to get out. Hire more people

Horrible experience. I went in there today and gave McKenzie my DL and she did not give it back with the cash envelope. Unfortunately I didn’t realize until 1 hour later. I checked the envelope if it was in there but it wasn’t. I called several times but no answer. I went back to the bank and she claims she put it in the envelope. Why would she put it in the envelope and not hand it back to me.? I requested if they could review the camera and see if she gave it back but it was ignored. They checked their area and it’s not there. I’ve searched my car even in places it couldn’t be. So now I’m without my DL and have to get another one from MVA.

No one ever answers the phone at Middle River branch and there are never any actual bankers there so getting an appointment is impossible. Well, I am showing up today and some one best be prepared to see me and resolve my problems. I would think someone would care if I decide to take all my money out. It is not a little bit of money . We are talking several hundred thousand. I guess no one cares...

I just don't understand why you have to have a money order in order to deposit CASH into someone's account. Plus it can't be from their own bank.

If I could, I would give them zero stars. I went in to cash $100 bill for 20 $5 bills. They refused because I don’t have a bank account there. I will never have a Wells Fargo account again. We’ve had car loans and mortgages with them. I’m done. You will never get a dime of interest from me again. And after reading the reviews (19 out of 32 were 1 star), it appears that their customer service is frequently being called out. You lost another potential customer today.

I only visit this WF once a month to pay my mortgage at the drive thru and I always go in the AM. I am reviewing my experience from today and last month. Same teller even tho I could not see her I recognized the PLEASANT, CHEERFUL, HAPPY TO SERVE YOU attitude. I found her name on the reciept, it's SHENARA. Being a cust rep is not always easy, not everyone can handle it and they shouldn't. I know I am just one drop in the bucket, but having someone like Shenara happily greet meet makes my day. I truly hope WF values her.

The customer service is terrible. They walk past you without even acknowledging you, knowing perfectly well you have been waiting a while for some help. I have never dealt with another branch like this.

One of the Teller named Tiera, is rude and does not deserve to be there. Her service is very poor. Every time she rejects to give $10.00 Bills that we need for my business. Once in a week I go there for $10.00 bills of $1000.00, but rudely says she has only $500.00 . Before, every time I would get $1000.00 worth of $10.00. When she came in this branch, we don’t get in enough amount. I don’t think Wells Fargo is being poor due to pandemic.

I've been a Wells Fargo customer for 17 years and generally I don't have a problem with the service. I don't go to the branch often but I went to the Middle River to get a official check. I waited over 15 mins to be helped and I was the only person in the teller line! Mind you there was a customer doing several transactions being helped by the only teller that was working. There were 2 other tellers but they did not offer to help me and when I asked were they available, one of the tellers answered and was rude and then started saying things under her breath. Very unprofessional! Will never return to this branch.I will say the teller that helped me apologized for the wait and was friendly but that doesn't excuse the poor behavior of the other teller.
