These thieves wanted to charge me $250 “CASH ONLY” to write a letter to MVA saying they sent my tags to the junk yard. For anyone needing to turn your tags in, just go to MVA a sign a form saying you no longer have the tags, (SIMPLE).

Had a good experience. My car was stolen and so the police sent it with them. They were able to help with everything I needed and let me get to my car.

Had this company respond through my insurance for a tire change. Felix came in the time that was quoted to me. Replaced my tire in a timely manner and was very helpful.

I waited over 90 minutes for my tow and when they get to me they said they had another call and has to leave. I called and spoke with the spv who was really rude. Wouldn't ever use them again.

I waited over 90 minutes for a tow and when they get to me the driver said dispatch told him to leave to respond to another call. I contacted dispatch and spoke with the spv and he was very rude and nasty. I called my insurance company and told them to get me another tow company. Unprofessional and uncaring about the customer.

Very ghetto and disrespectful manager with half dreadlocks on his head. He didn't want to listen, combative, and very aggressive. He needs customer service training. Do not trust this business. They have charges for even walking in through the front door !
