This insurance group never good with assisting. I get better results when I complete the task myself by contacting corporate. And the prices are constantly going up every 6 months. No one in the office can provide clear answers to your questions it always a call at least day and half later. My car was stolen and not one time did they assist, I did everything myself. If your customer has a claim open you should at least reach out to them one time. Enter at your risk. They were good in the beginning but they lost their touch.

If you need to change you car insurance, look no further than to the guys at Harbour. Agent Avraham Frost is the best! Patience, respect, passion, and a vast knowledge of the insurance field are just a few of his amazing qualities. This guy is a pleasure to work with!

They raised my insurance from under $200/mo to over $270, and then when I said I couldn't afford that and had to cancel, they charged me anyway and told me I might not be eligible for a refund and had to just wait and see. Just another corporation that does not care about people at all, just profits.

Discourteous service and an unprofessional and terrible customer service they don't even trying to help you and listen when you request a service but for charge you on time and putting flag on you without communicate they are the best I will not recommend this office

I purchased a pay as you drive policy for my car, as I usually do not drive more than 5-10 miles 3 times a week. I have full coverage even with my car being paid off unlike GEICO. The price is super economical and I couldn't be happier ☺️!!!

I have been a LIFELONG Allstate member - ever since I got my first car at 16. Up until a few years ago, my insurance was reasonable... However, it shot up during the pandemic and since my home insurance is through another company that offers a really inexpensive bundle rate with lower deductible ($150 vs $500), I decided to switch to another company.When I called to cancel my Allstate auto insurance, the woman said "i really wish you would have told us you were considering doing this because we could have given you a better deal." Lady, I'm a lifelong customer. If you would've been offering me a good deal to begin with I wouldn't have looked elsewhere.I digress... She begrudgingly canceled my insurance. Or so I thought. Fast forward to last week when my auto plan normally renews (but shouldn't have because I cancelled it!), and they took out over $900 for a six month deductible. I had to call the Allstate helpline to actually cancel.If you cancel your insurance, don't expect that they'll actually cancel it. Now I have to wait 2-3 weeks for me to get my refund when I have a trip I'm supposed to take where I really could've used that money.Thanks for screwing me over Allstate. This is why you lost me as a customer.

The staff is not knowledgeable of the account information. I've encountered a few situations in which the Allstate corporate office had to explain everything to me and rectify my issues. It seems I will be doing that again today. The information and prices that I was quoted does not reflect the same when I open the app. The last time this occurred Allstate offered to move me to a different office and maybe I will do that this time versus continuing to endure misinformation.

Highly unprofessional, classless and distasteful are the words to describe this particular agency. I was more than appalled when conducting business with several agents. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere where I’m respected and extremely satisfied with my decision to leave.
