Stopped in one hour from closing to get car keys copied. Although it wasn't an easy key cut (2010 car with a transponder in the key blank) Chris was fantastic and even took the time to go out to the car to make sure they worked. Fantastic customer service. Thanks Chris! You are truly a gem!

Like the store cuz they have a big variety of nuts bolts and other hardware and as soon as you come in or look puzzled like you can't figure out what you're looking for someone is glad to help

First time there. Went in with my grand daughter looking for play sand. Employee greeted me at the door, directed me to the checkout and said he would meet me outside where the sand was kept. Cashier was quick and courteous. employee outside asked me to pull my car up and he loaded the sandbags into the car for me. Great service.

Big kudos to Dalton in the paint department! He patiently listened to my question over the phone and was able to confirm it could be done.
I needed to know if Behr paint colors could be matched to Benjamin Moore colors for my out-of-state builder. Dalton checked just to confirm and yes, they can be matched. Caveat: The Benjamin Moore store must have the appropriate equipment to match the paints. Costello’s Ace Hardware in Bel Air has this equipment and the techs who will make it happen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
