This place has gone downhill in the last couple years, new management I think. They lost my business as I don't trust them anymore. They tried to tell me I needed a water pump when I had just had it at the dealership that day. I was only back bc they screwed up a brake flush the dealership identified. They did fix it, but that compounded with trying to get a water pump too. Nah. I live near by, seems like they might have closed up, never any cars there anymore and doors closed. Their website is dead too.

Audi A5 vehicle. Went in to have my oil changed, I specifically asked if they did Audi's and assured they do. When I picked up the car, just as someone else mentioned it smelled like cigarette smoke and I do not smoke. The next day while driving the engine splash pan came undone. I had to rush to a local Audi dealer and then pay to have it screwed back on (the experience was much worse but for the sake of time I will leave out the details). I went back to API the next day and yes, they reimbursed me for exactly what I paid to get the splash shield screwed back on ($70.00) but Rick the owner never called to apologize and I felt at a minimum they should have reimbursed for the entire oil change as I went through hell and missed an important dinner engagement dealing with all of this, not to mention having to go to API a total of three times. I will say Carrie at the front desk was very empathetic and said "That is oil change 101 and should not have happened", which is great but there should be greater accountability with smoking and laziness of not screwing in the splash shield.

Long story short. They held my car hostage for two days just to replace a blend door actuator, and a set of fog lights. The bulbs weren’t anything special, and it took them over a day to get them in. Then finally my car was ready for pickup. Or so I thought. After picking my car up, I got in to be met with an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. I don’t smoke and haven’t in years. There’s no reason my car should smell like a VFW ashtray. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back to API ever again. Once I saw that the original manager Dave wasn’t working there anymore, I should’ve tucked tail and ran far away.

They always do a great job at a fair price. Carrie is great and keeps you updated as work goes forward. My car is over 20 years old and they keep my wheels rolling. Highly recommend them!
