Came in looking for a new mattress and frame/headboard. The salesperson Abdul S. was very helpful in assisting to make selections and was even able to get approval to get better pricing beyond sale pricing and lower delivery cost. It was a positive experience and looking forward to receiving the new mattress and frame/headboard picked out. Would definitely return to this location for future furniture purchases. Thank you Abdul!!!

Churchville Ashley Furniture I would NEVER AGAIN buy from! On 5/08/2023 the customer service my military husband and I received from the “manager” was problematic. Our order was canceled over the phone WITHOUT our permission then they tried charging a 30% restocking fee almost $700 without our knowledge!! We literally had to come up to the store to rectify the situation especially since we paid over $3200 in CASH for this expensive order. Since this store is independently owned there was no corporate customer service number. I will post on social media as well to be aware of the scammy fine print!

We just bought a dining set and nice leather chair. Got a great deal and Charlie (salesman) and Ms Pumulo "Ms P" (Customer Service) were fantastic! They made the process simple and quick. Highly recommend!

Feels like it's full of car salesmen in there. Still, I purchased a new sofa for $1600. Seemed good quality. 6 months later the seat cushions are completely flat. Not covered under warranty and nobody is answering the phones. Buyer beware!

My wife and I went in spontaneously to look at living chairs and/or sectionals, which we have been looking for off and on for more than six months. They have a very good selection in a bunch of price ranges. There is the usual group of salespeople at the front of the store, but not a lot of pressure. Abdul took care of us, looked up prices, and gave us a nice discount. He did a great job, no complaints. Pumulo processed the sale at the counter. Abdul entered all the details with us at a sales kiosk at the rear of the store. Happily, ALL that information made it to Pumulo at sales counter, and I only had to confirm the big details and pay. That how computers are supposed to work. The delivery was on time as promised. I called mid-week, and again at the end of the week to check, and spoke with two other people, both of whom were able to look up the delivery status quickly and give us the information. The two guys in the back of the store helped load my little trailer with the three unopened (but clearly labeled) boxes. We had a pleasant chat. The chairs were assembled easily enough, and look great. The price we paid was a good value, and the staff was all professional. Frankly, I am surprised by the 1 star ratings - I don't give up 5 stars on a whim. This was the CHURCHVILLE location.

We went into the Churchville location and was so nicely greeted by Christian. He was greatly knowledgeable about the dimensions of sofa's. With that help we were able to pick out our new living room furniture in a timely manner. At customer service, Rachel made our checkout painlessly and quickly! Thanks guys, I will be returning!

Christian met us at the door. It was very nice to not feel like he was in our face to sell us. He helped with information only that we requested. He was professional and listened to our requests. He then handed us off to Brandon who took care of wrapping up the credit part of our purchase. It was a great experience!

I've purchased furniture from this location for many years under a variety of names (Gardener, Wolf, etc) , but now that it was bought out by Ashley the customer service is horrendous. I purchased a brand new sectional which was delivered with a chunk of fabric missing from one side. I noticed it 5 minutes after the deliverymen left, tried to call them and they didn't answer. I immediately called the store and followed up with pictures via email. I was contacted by the service department who told me they would order the part. I assumed they meant that one part of the sectional, the loveseat, since it was delivered to me damaged. When a random piece of fabric arrived to me via UPS, I called the service department to ask why they were sending me fabric to repair a brand new couch section instead of replacing that piece (which I believe is Ashley's policy if it is within the first few days)?? The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and refused to let me speak to anyone past her. I called the store and was given the runaround for a few weeks while the store manager attempted to reason with their corporate office, but was ultimately told there was nothing she could do (she was at least polite and considerate). There is no reason I should have to have a brand new couch repaired when it was delivered to me damaged on day 1. Ashley Furniture is completely unethical, and I would warn anyone not to shop there.

I went to the Ashley furniture outlet in Churchville and had a great experience.Kevin the Sales Associate greeted us at the door. He saw my husband a few days prior and remembered his name. He provided detailed information on the furniture set that we were interested in buying. He was Knowledgeable about the inventory. He allowed us time and space when we needed to discuss privately to make a decision. We bought the first set and he promised to continue to work with us as we need to measure our space. When it came to paying for our furniture Amber from customer service diligently prepared our papers. She patiently waited as we had to call our financial institution multiple times to authorize the payment. A few days prior she patiently helped my husband locate information about a warranty on a previous furniture set that we bought from a different Ashley furniture store when we erroneously were told by an associate in Hunt Valley Store that we had to go to the original store. She was courteous and pleasant.Because of the service and reception that we received from Kevin and Amber as well as others we will definitely return to the store to buy our other furnitures. Ashley Furniture outlet at Churchville is 40 minutes from our home. The Hunt Valley store is 15 minutes. Keep up the great work.See you laterChristie and Harley

This was our first visit to the Ashley location in Churchville, MD., and we were met by Christian, who was very attentive, helpful and patient. We appreciate all that he did for us, and today our sofa was delivered in perfect condition and we are very happy with it. We did not know that pillows would be included! Fast and efficient delivery men also. We also love the Pouf that we purchased for a foot rest.We will definitely buy more furniture there in the future, and tell our family and friends about this lovely store.

We had a wonderful experience today at this store. Our Salesperson Christian was terrific in helping us selecting a bedroom set for my granddaughter. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the products. He was very professional and personable which made our experience fun and not stressful. When we went to checkout, Pumulo was so pleasant to speak with. She handled our transaction and explained everything so we understood and the process was quick and easy. I will definitely make this store my first stop for furniture in the future. Kudos to Christian and Pumulo!

My boyfriend and I came in the store last night in search for a bed frame as our 2 year old frame from Ikea broke last night. We were helped by sales associate Kevin who was awesome and very resourceful! While my boyfriend and I were extremely anxious due to this unexpected event, Kevin assured us that everything would be okay, and it was! He found us a beautiful bed frame for an AMAZING price and was super helpful the entire process. We were also assisted by customer service rep. Amber who was extremely friendly and helped our last steps go by as efficiently as possible. I would recommend these two associates as well as the store to anyone! We are so excited to get our new bed frame this week! Thank you Kevin and Amber!

Ordered furniture. They use a 3rd party delivery service. Bookcases were on the truck in boxes pre-assembled. The two delivery gentleman could not carry the furniture up my steps. Two of the bookcases were never taken off of the truck. Delivery men annotated on their Form that the "furniture was delivered and cancelled". Ashley refuses to re-deliver the bookcases unassembled. I was accused by their phone receptionist of failing to measure for proper fit. This means that Ashley furniture can charge me a 30% restocking fee. This fee amounts to $1359.45. The room where the bookcases should have been placed had the height, width and depth to accommodate all three bookcases. This is customer abuse and thievery!

Furniture look nice BUTThis is a business model I will never like. They always say "maybe we can give a discount." What is the secret discount? It should be the same for everyone and transparent. Just put a true price and stick with it. Feels like a used salesman car lot.

NO STARS!!! I would never purchase from Ashley Furniture again. I purchased a dining room set it was delivered damaged I had the delivery guys take pictures and then i called the store to inform them of the damaged furniture within 24 hours and was told to come in and select a new set. I went into store selected a new set was told someone would call me the next day with a date and time for the set to be picked up no-one called i had to call the store and then was told that i had to keep the set because it was after the 72 hours from being delivered i said no on the back of the receipt it says you have 72 hours to call the store to tell them it was damaged. I called within 24 hours I even emailed them pictures of the damage. The store manager then told me that she would have service come out and fix the items i said no i would like the set be replaced with a different set i don't want the same set because the quality of the furniture is not good. The only thing I was asking for is the set to be picked up and i would select a new set. Then she told me i had 72 hours to pay a pickup fee for the damage set that was delivered to me. Why would i have to pay $150 for a pickup fee for you delivering me damaged goods. I have also sent multiple emails with no response. My attorney has already been contacted to start the claim on Ashley Furniture in Churchville MD.
