Bobby greeted us as soon as we entered. After finding out our preferences, he showed us directly the pieces that would work for us. He was very kind and helpful even moving a side piece so that we could see those pieces together.
Marci, at checkout was efficient and courteous.

This place of business is a complete waste of space. The general manager and regional manager are completely worthless and could care less about their customers. The general manager is very timid and can’t make decisions and decides to hide behind a desk and try to do deals to a phone with her office manager. The regional manager is non responsive to any issues and ignores the emails sent to him since there is no telephone number to call him.
Avoid at all costs. Their product is extremely cheap and the quality is very poor.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!
Ashley Homestore seriously damaged my mailbox and delivered the wrong furniture. Over 4 months later and my order is not complete and they have not reimbursed me for the property damage.
This has been the worst furniture purchase that I have ever had or heard of. We purchased a sectional at the Churchville location on Nov 12,2022 for just over $3,000. Was told it would be ready for delivery in 4 weeks ( no problem ), 5 weeks went by and no contact. Called them and they said it should be another week. 2 weeks past, no contact, called again and they said they see it should be there soon. Eventually was scheduled for delivery on February 11th ( 91 days later !!!). At this point we were annoyed but whatever not a huge deal.
On the day of delivery they unpacked the furniture and we noticed one part of the sectional was not what we ordered. There should have been cup holders , there weren’t. Ok that’s fine things happen. Driver took notes and pictures and we thought they made a report. They said we could keep the piece until we got the new one. Still to us it was a simple mistake and not a huge deal.
Then after they left we see that our mailbox and post (which I had just installed a couple months prior) is now at a 45degree angle from the delivery truck hitting it. The post was snapped almost all the way through and the mailbox itself was dented.
Called customer service , who asked for pictures of the mailbox and said they would forward it to the claims department and they would reach out to us in 72 hours. Asked if there was a way for me to contact them directly. And they said they only send them emails and there was no direct number for them or for customers.
Waited until Feb 16th – called again . Was told they don’t see any record of the issue and asked for pictures of the wrong furniture and the mailbox. Gave me the same line about forwarding the issue up and waiting 72 hours.
Feb 27th – called again , was again asked for the same pictures and given the same line about forwarding the issues up.
Feb 28th was called by Yuri Rodriquez that said the delivery driver worked for them and they would take care of the mailbox and they would come out in a couple days to fix it. Didn’t hear back from them. Tried to call several times
Finally got ahold of him and was told that “ The driver said that they didn’t hit the mailbox and they wouldn’t be doing anything about it, that if I still had an issue I need to call Ashley furniture again.
Multiple calls to customer service , same line that they would follow up in 72 hours , with nobody ever following up about the property damage. Between Jan24th and now I have made over 20 phone calls to this company to try and get my issues resolved.
Early March was called about the replacement furniture piece to schedule delivery , asked them to deliver to store and I will pick up from there since I don’t trust their drivers at this point. They agreed and said it should be ready for pickup in a week and they would call when its ready.
2 weeks later (March 21st) got a call from the store saying they were ready to schedule delivery. I informed the rep that I was supposed to pick up from the store. They said they would check , and then told me it was delivered to the store , and then sent back to the warehouse. Then I was told again it would be at the store on Friday (March24th) and they would call when its ready.
It is now March 27th (135 days from ordering) I still do not have the piece of furniture I paid for and they have done nothing about my damaged mailbox.
Update : Now the fabric on the couch is tearing from inside the couch.
