I want to give Ryan 200 stars if I could. We had internet with Xfinity for our tablets. Well we all know they suck. Was asking if ATT had internet and he said not for my area. However our phones can be hotspots. So he told me what to do and got our stuff all hooked up explaining to me on the phone. Thank you so much.

I visited the AT&T store yesterday and spoke with a representative named Austin. I was interested in taking advantage of AT&T's promotion to trade in my Samsung Galaxy S10+ for a new phone. Austin informed me that I qualified for a $1,000 discount on several models, including the Samsung Galaxy S24+. I decided to go with the Galaxy S24+ and paid the necessary fees and taxes. Austin then helped me set up my old phone to transfer data to the new one, instructing me to bring back the S10+ once the transfer was complete to apply the $1,000 trade-in credit.
However, when I returned today with my S10+, I was informed that my phone was only valued at $800, contrary to what I was previously told. The representative suggested that the value of my phone might have dropped, disqualifying me from the promotion. This was confusing, so I contacted customer support, who clarified that there had been no change in the promotion and that my phone had always been valued at $800.
I feel misled by the incorrect information provided by the store representative, which led me to spend $1,000 on a phone for which I was not eligible for the advertised discount. This experience has caused me significant grief, stress, and wasted time. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and the lack of transparency in this transaction.

As a customer of the Bel Air AT&T store, I recently encountered a disappointing experience when seeking assistance with an Assurion claim for my two phones. Despite the accolades on the store's flyer, the team's response fell short of expectations.
Upon inquiring about the Assurion claim process, I was met with unhelpful responses from the associates. Merely pointing to a flyer and stating that "Assurion is a third-party provider" is not only uninformative but also reflects a lack of customer-centric approach. This type of interaction does not align with the standards of exceptional customer service that one would expect from a seasoned team.
Furthermore, the lack of clarity and coordination among the team members was evident when I requested to speak with the manager. While I was assured that the manager would assist me, their response of "how can I help you" upon arrival communicated a disconnect and confusion within the team.
Such instances highlight the shortcomings of relying solely on human interaction in retail environments. In today's age, where technology and AI are advancing rapidly, it becomes apparent why automation and AI-driven solutions are increasingly taking over retail jobs. The ability to provide accurate information, streamline processes, and deliver personalized assistance is where AI excels, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.
In conclusion, while the Bel Air AT&T store may boast a team of friendly experts led by Matthew, the recent experience underscores the importance of embracing technological advancements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in customer service delivery.

Austin was great in explaining everything, talking his time to show how the new phone works and features, great personality, got everything transferred seamlessly and got us done quickly without cutting corners. I was so happy I brought my wife and daughter back to get two more phones. Compared to previous phone purchases in years past, this was absolutely the best experience. My family is a huge fan of Austins customer service and will be his customer for as long as he is with AT&T. I have been an AT&T customer since the beginning and by far was the best all around experience. You need more representation like Austin and train others to the same level. It will definitely improve AT&T's image. Thank you....Chris

Very helpful staff. Raven helped me and my husband and was very nice. I’m switching to AT&T and she walked me through the whole process. Even after dealing with customers who were very difficult while we were in there, they remained professional.
