The absolute worst cell phone provider! They were great up to about 1 year ago. Now it's total BS. Ilive in Bel Air & the signal absolutely SUCKS... I can't take it anymore....going to Version. Everyone I talk to where I live has NO problems with Verizon as fas as signals go in their homes.

Was a great experience. Alex was fantastic . Awesome employee . He stayed past closing hours to make sure my new phone was updated and working properly. He is a keeper. I would go back to that store just because of the customer service by Alex

Tarsicio did not want to help us. We already bought a phone and we’re looking to transfer our account from my bro in law. We did what he told us to do and then said I can’t transfer these lines. Not sure why. Wouldn’t even try calling and said we can call. Clearly all he cared about is selling phones and not customers. The AT&T corporate store off Baltimore Pike had great customer service and knew what they were doing.

I went to buy just one phone cord and they managed to make that process take 20 minutes. They hadn't opened the register despite it being for 2 hours by the time I'd come in and of course they had to badger me about what kind of phone I had and when I was gonna upgrade. At least I finally got my charger and managed to be late getting back from lunch. Thanks guys

Everyone in the store was extremely helpful. We had to come in several times and each time they took care of any questions/ issues we had. Best location!

Brandon was great to work with, helpful and patient as he is learning and helped us with everything he knew how to. However, the smug a** manager hates his job and it really shows. Never met a salesman who could careless about working. The guys at vavoline up sells their customers better.
