He communicated the issue and solution clearly and completed the repair with impressive speed, efficiency, and precision. Went to NBM and was quoted $150 to cut out the bad section and replace with a new piece. 30 minutes and I was walking out the door with no exhaust noise. If you want a nice waiting room, don't go there but go if you want a good mechanic with no BS and reasonable price.”

“As local junk haulers in Harford County we are in and out of the landfill all the time and run over nails and screws all the time. In the last week we took to of our trucks in for screws in our tires. They were able to patch one and on the other one the screw didn’t go all the way through and no patch was needed. They could have charged me for the screw that did not go through tire, but did not. I’m grateful the good honest business still exists in Bel Air and will continue to use and recommend tire village for any tire repair or replacement to my friends, family and clients. “Very pleased with the work they did on my car! In the past year, I've visited them 3 times with my car. Inspection/ tires put on, steering alignment, and steering cuppler replacement. Each time they have been very professional and helpful. The mechanics definitely know what they're doing and are fair with their prices. Each time I've called my car was able to go within the next week. I really like that the mechanics are the ones you talk to on the phone when you make appointments. “I had a great experience at Mr. Tire thanks to Daquan! I came in with a flat tire that I had already tried to patch myself without success. He gave me a fair quote for a new tire, but when I couldn’t find my wheel lock he patiently patched it for me free of charge and it worked perfectly. A week later I got another nail in a different tire and went back. I never made an appointment either time and he handled it quickly and efficiently. Daquan is kind and genuinely helpful. He does honest, high-quality work and I can’t recommend him enough! I really appreciate the excellent service. They have a customer for life!”

“People here genuinely care about your car, and are willing to help and explain whenever you need. Several times I’ve come in with no notice or just to ask questions and they always take the time to make sure I understand everything and often help with small things (tightening parts, reading codes, test driving and estimating issues and costs) for free. Several times if they are booked or unable to be of service they’ve recommended nearby shops that might get me what I need faster, they offer useful tips without making me feel stupid. I can tell they genuinely care about their job and the people they help. I feel comfortable knowing when I go here that they want what’s best for me and my car, and knowing I don’t have to worry about scams or false fees is so reassuring compared to a lot of other places right now. I bought an old, kinda crappy car and every time it throws codes or has issues they’re always there to help and explain even if you don’t know the first thing about cars, they’re now the first people I go to for everything.”
