Many clients report great and caring staff who are extremely attentive, professional, and polite. The doctors are described as amazing, with knowledge, compassion, and professionalism that changes pets' lives for the better. The hospital offers comprehensive visits, dental cleanings, and necessary tests.
However, some experiences note a crazy wait time due to being overbooked, and one first visit did not seem very clean. Despite this, many clients have been bringing their pets for years, highly recommend the hospital, and express great appreciation for the care provided.
