I have been bring my dogs here for around 10 years and we have never had any problems. All staff is wonderful, extremely nice and caring people.

We took our cat here for an urgent matter and they were able to get her seen same day and they were absolutely amazing with our little fur baby. They were very thorough professional and patient. The vet took his time and listened to every question we had. The tech was wonderful and they were so gentle and kind to our kitty.we wont take our girl any other place.

Thank you for the quality service. Shadow is improving since his visit. I truly appreciate you accepting a last minute appointment.The compassion and genuine care given to Shadow during his examination was exceptional. Dr. Stevenson and the staff were accommodating towards shadows particular needs and willing to work together with us to help Shadow stay calm and happy during his experience. They Were very understanding of our situation and worked with us to provide shadow with the best possible care with our limited budget. I will highly recommend to anyone in need of quality care for the beloved pets!

Three of my dogs "family member's" were cared for here. Kaiser, Roxy and Mr Wrinkles. No one ever looks forward to the visit to the vet. But they always made the visit easy and pleasurable for me and my babies. They cared for my pets from birth like they were their own loved ones. Im very thankful for everyone here for being so thoughtful and caring during my recent loss!!!

Went for an apt on Friday after our dog showed symptoms of UTI or something similar. They collected urine/blood and didn't offer any meds even though she was obviously not herself. Said they would call Saturday or Monday with results. Now Monday and she still isn't herself so called at lunch as we have not heard anything and are told the lab results are in but the vet needs to look them over and they will call us back. Its now after 6pm and still nothing.

I have been taking my dog here for the last 11 years. We moved to Columbia 4 years ago and we still make the trip to take home there. The whole staff knows my dog by name and I had only the best experience for the last 11 years.

Between the over charging on multiple occasions, advising to bring one pet there instead of the petER because your staff could handle it only to be told two days later to pick her up and take her to the petER handing me a 2k bill on the way out the door, not completing the hernia repair during the spay surgery which we were told was “necessary”, discussed and reviewed day of surgery and charging for it, then upcharging an exam appointment because your client of 12 years was being “fit in the next days schedule” and the other client was being fit in 5 days later…..has become far more clear to me the money is more important than the care. Hopefully the bad business decision to upcharge those appointments was worth it because for me I’d rather pay double and have my pets (your 5 lost clients) at a facility that care. Nothing to do with money but all about principal.

The communication on actual pricing is non-existent. They will add on as much as they can to milk customers for money and sell their, several times offered, care credit card. I declined some tests that were unnecessary for the dental extraction, so they turned their noses up at me and tried to make me feel like my cat would die if I didn't spend hundreds more on a slew of tests.Please try to find a different business that actually cares more about your pet than making you feel scared if you don't give them thousands of dollars for every test they can trick you into.They're pretty good salesmen, but not capable at caring about your pet, only your wallet.

Can I say I was VERY impressed with this clinic. The service they gave to my dogs was excellent, they treated me with so much respect, and they were not over priced either. I definitely found my new vet clinic. I don't understand why their rating is so low. They should definitely be 5 stars. I feel like this rating system is flawed. I had 2 horrible experiences at Rock Spring Vet clinic (I was hoping the first time was a fluke so I gave them a second chance and it wasn't) and they have a higher rating then this clinic.
