They had what I needed in stock and the clerk was very helpful. However, they appear to be very short staffed and was unable to facilitate my needs, so I have to look elsewhere unfortunately.

Walked around for 20 minutes and was not acknowledged by one employee from the AP person at the door to the supervisor that walked past with her head down. Sad because I actually came to make a purchase.

bro… this particular bel air employee needs a reality check. an employee that worked in the tv department was so incredibly rude when me and my father asked for help finding a tv, i work in tech so i know a bit but not too much… but when i tell you he treated us like we were stupid i mean he quite literally acted as if we didn’t know how to WORK a tv. we gave him a price limit, he did not comply at all, said my TV that ive had for 3 years is gonna be broken soon and that “he’ll see me in a year” ???? dude i bought the TV FROM you guys? he was just arguing with air at some points. idk if it’s because im a woman and my father is older or what… but it made us cancel our credit card. best BYE :)

Don’t buy any appliances here. They use a third party delivery service. They have no way of contacting them. The delivery service will promise you a date but in reality they will deliver when they want to. Best Buy needs to do better for their clients. Do not buy any appliances from here.

I wish Ida left a review 3yrs ago when I swore off this BB. Long story, I bought an item online. They were to deliver it, but when I went to the store for something else I decided I'd take it home. They wouldnt let me have it! Literally. It was behind the counter and they wouldn't give it to me, despite me having already paid for it. It was long drawn out and I actually canceled my entire order and swore never to set foot in the store again. 3yrs later I'm back. And the customer service isn't any better First I go to the computer area, explain the issue (having exhausted my friends' knowledge and a cursory search on the internet I figured I had to go to the "experts") and am directed to purchase item X. I explain that based on my research I'm pretty sure it won't work. He insists it will so (gaslit) I drive back home, plug it up. It doesn't work. I drive right back. Take it to the guy, explain that it didn't work. He says it's my computer. I say perhaps, but...do the configuration, here in the store, to show me what it is that I've done wrong. He won't. I even bring out my laptop from my backpack and ask him to do it. He won't. I get a "lead" person to make him do it. And it doesn't work and he doesn't know why I go to the geek squad. The guy says "oh. You need item Y, not X. And though his jargon sounds a bit better than the previous, I'm still wary, because my logic says it won't. But I exchange X for Y and go home and try it. Doesn't work Flustered and perturbed, I get back online and for the next 30min I research the problem. Finally someone with the same issue is on Reddit and provided a solution...item found at Amazon of course. Ordered and delivered same day...my problem is fixed...no thanks to Best Buy Today, I go back, to return item Y. I then Go to the laptop area to explain to the laptop guy what I really needed so he could have this info if another customer comes with the same problem. He wasn't there. But there were 3 young men behind the counter. At 1:30ish the area was empty except me, and two customers that one of the guys was helping The other 2, literally just stood still, talking to one another while I stood looking at them, and then to cables, and looking like I needed help. They made zero move to ask, help, come over. Even looked me in the eye and kept talking. After about 5min...which is a LONG time to stand and chat while someone is standing waiting for help. I finally walked away I DID go to the geek side, and the guy there today-(not the same as guy yesterday ) listened to the scenario and we came to the agreement of what I'd discovered on the internet. (At least one person had sense) Finally I tried to call BB to share my experience w a manager. The phone line doesn't give an option to speak to a manager but connected me to a person out the country. When I asked if she was in the store she said no. So I asked could she connect me to the store. She asked why. I said because I would like to talk w a manager. She said she had to know WHy before she could connect me. I told her "cause I want to talk". She insisted that she needed a reason before connecting, so I told her to "make one up". She wouldn't. So I told her "I'm going to make something up. I want to compliment them on the layout of the store. So, now that you have a reason, you can connect me". She then told me the manager wasn't available. Hmm. What if Ida left a personal item at r the store, and wanted someone to see if it was there...how would I get connected? Guess I'm back to boycotting them again.

We often shop at Best Buy. We have never had any issues with the products that they sell. Today, however, getting someone to help us took entirely too long. Perhaps management was unaware that today is a Holiday which is why they were busier than normal. Once we did get help the associate was very knowledgeable.

I went to this store to research laptops and Mr. Uriah McNeill, a store representative, assisted me. This guy is just amazing! I needed someone knowledgeable and he was that person. Not only is Uriah knowledgeable, but he's such an awesome friendly personable very charming young individual. I'd leave 10 stars if I could.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I purchased a new tv, cable hiding kit, delivery and install and a wall mount. My delivery time was for 7 am today(Saturday), and they still have not arrived. I am a Best Buy plus member and the best I can get is a call center in a different country for assistance? Couldn’t even call the store to ask what was happening because you can’t even call a store anymore apparently. Honestly disgusted with the total lack of service and transparency. The in store personnel were great and helpful but I can’t call them. If I want actual answers and help I have to fing drive 40 minutes to speak to someone. I will never be purchasing anything from Best Buy that is not physically bought from a store again. Ruined my weekend waiting all day (literally) for an order that never came. Why tf is my delivery driver finally picking up my tv 12 hours after they were supposed to be here? And even when you get through to someone you have to wait 24 hours to cancel an order apparently . Inexcusable and the poorest customer service I have personally ever received for an order of any kind. Do better “Best” Buy.

Got an alarm installed, they did have the job. Smh never showed me certain features. Now I had to make another appointment which is my 3rd time in acting with Best Buy. I'm so disappointed with Best Buy. Y'all got to do better.

Very disappointed in best buy. Took 4 and a half months to get a fridge which was okay. But they don't give you the right information when the delivery team came they said they couldn't because of the valve. The valve was right under the floor in the basement. So they left it in my garage and we called 2 times they said they couldn't do anything and a manager would call me back. 6 days later they called to reschedule the delivery we already installed it and are still waiting for a manager to call us back to this day it's been 9 days. Not happy at all.

Best Buy is like a candy shop only for electronics ?. I like this location because everyone is always willing to help. All you need to do is hail a worker. I bought MacBook Pro adapter and charger cause the one I had stopped working and I needed to work.I can’t remember his name but he was patience and helpful in helping me select the best option. He checked apple online to ensure it was the right one for me and assured me I could return it if it didn’t work.
