Staff was very helpful and are very educated about foot health and getting the right shoes for each person (they also help people who have medical foot needs which I find absolutely lovely)

Their customer service is outstanding! They were very patient with me while I tried several shoes and they were very knowledgeable with the fitting. They got my shoes ordered quickly and would recommend them to anyone looking to be fitted for shoes - you don't need to be a runner.

I haven’t been fitted for running shoes in a long time, and I highly recommend Charm City Run for their help in finding the right pair. The staff member who assisted me was very patient and helpful…I spent over an hour trying on multiple pairs to find the best fit. Great experience overall. Thank you!
