If I could leave negative ratings it would be more accurate. I was so annoyed by the mismatched streak across the nail she “fixed” that I didn’t notice how crooked the right big toe was. And five days later, after wearing nothing but sandals all week at my desk job, the polish on another nail just slid right off. I’ve never had a pedicure last less than 3 weeks and can easily stretch it to 5-6 with home touch ups. She was very insistent that I pay with cash or Venmo “because they take 4% with card.” That’s the last time I ever do that because my credit card company would have refunded this inexcusably bad service, but now I don’t even have a receipt. This is hands down the worst nail experience I have ever had.
My mother and I got two spa pedicures today. When I walked outside I noticed that there were lumps and bubbles in my left big toe so I went back in and had the technician touch it up. All was fine until it was dry and I realized she didn’t use the same color. Now that toe is streaked with a darker shade, the toe on the right foot is crooked, and most toes are a mess around the edges. My mom’s have several lumps as well. We paid extra for the “callous treatment” and they did less than what’s included in a regular pedicure anywhere else I’ve gone. Might as well have lit 50$ on fire since I have to get them redone.

My nails have never looked so gorgeous. I get compliments all the time. I have never seen such a talented manicurist with such original beautiful designs. Jenny is top notch & the pedicures are wonderful.

Yesterday I called classy nails asking for an early appointment (supper last minute I know) Jenny, the owner answered and explained she was fully booked. Without hesitation, Jenny said “I will open the store one hour early to help you” this really meant the world to me as I’ve been struggling to find kind people in this world recently. Jenny did an amazing job and is so personable. 100 stars!
Requested style: Jenny gave me exactly what I wanted!! Every time!
Specialties: Danny, does a pressure point pedicure. He specializes in doing them. ITS WORTH IT! Crazy all the benefits this foot massage does
Cleanliness: Very very clean!

I had a first time appointment for a gel manicure with Jenny. I did not get a manicure at all, as my nails weren't soaked, cuticles weren't trimmed, hands weren't massaged. She didn't ask how I want my nails shaped and filed them down into round nubs with crooked tips. She stood the whole time she painted my nails because she was also working on another client at the same time, so I didn't get more than 10 minutes of her time, but was charged $60 because she said I should also get gel powder to make them stronger. My friend recommended her and gets the same thing I got, but also gets the manicure AND designs on every nail for the same price. When I called to discuss my displeasure with the service I got she said if I wanted a manicure I had to pay more for that and wouldn't even let me explain. She talked over top of me and finally just said "It's okay" and hung up. Do not go here.

Favorite salon! Jenny and Danny welcome you with open arms and are personable to your nail needs. My nails have never looked so beautiful. Jenny also has great pricing for waxing and she's really quick and painless. This is going to be my nail salon for life now.
