This food lion is a million times better than one closest to me. The place is spotless and the employees are so friendly! As with food lions in general, the prices are so reasonable. In these times, any savings helps! With my MVP card and store sales, I saved about $20. That's like a third tank of gas these days, hahah!

It's a great store to go shopping. The only problem is since they changed and rearranged, they stopped selling bird food down the pet isle (should not only be for dogs and cats) and a lot of frozen meals are still there, 99%. They have a wonderful staff and this is the #1 place we go I just wish the Pet Isle will go back to helping those who also have pet birds.

I just want to give a big shoutout to all the employees in Food Lion (Churchville) tonight. Everyone was working so hard to restock the shelves. I had an employee in each isle ask me if I needed help finding anything. Everyone was so polite, and friendly. Bruce was AWESOME! He helped me take my groceries out to my car, and helped load my car up. I wish the manager was there so he/she could have seen their amazing employees get the job done!! I know I would be proud to have employees like you! Keep up the great work!!

The store always looks nice and clean. And I love the store that are big for me to walk around without in other people ways. The food price always goes just right.

Clean, bright and uncluttered, this Food Lion is my favorite! I only go when I'm visiting in Churchville, but it's always easy, and the lines are never long, even on Christmas Eve this year. Produce is fresh, and the prices are usually better than other nearby grocery stores. The service is great, too. Although I'm only there four or five times a year, I see the same friendly people each time. Of all the places to shop in the area, this is the one I pick!

I shopped here on Christmas Eve because my regular grocery was much too crowded. I hadn't been there for a few years and really didn't know where to find the items I needed. An employee who saw me wandering in the aisles quickly came to my assistance and told me exactly where to find everything I needed. I did not even have to ask him; he recognized the fact I needed help and immediately helped. I wish I had noticed his name but I didn't. He was an older gentleman who remarked in passing that he had thirty years of grocery experience. He made a potentially stressful visit a real pleasure. I would like to thank him for his kindness and expertise.
