Great tasty choices! The strawberry blonde was excellent. We were the only ones there and she was quick to whip up 3 cups of deliciousness. Daughter loved the cotton candy with gummy bears and kitkat.

This is the worst coldstone out of all the ones i visit. Every time i visit the icecream gets worse.I love founders favorite but whenever i get from this spot its just vanilla icecream with a brownie at the bottom. Its not mixed at all. I watch the workers when they make it they are just trying to put it in the box and be done. Don't mix it and squirt a drop chocolate and Caramel in it. Not going there ever

Ordered Coffee Lovers ice cream- coffee ice cream with heath bar, almonds and caramel. The picture attached says it all! Pay $6 for an ice cream that has “a nut” in it as I was told by the worker when I asked for one that was mixed properly. Poor experience from the product to the service. Disappointing!!

It's a shame this desert is good but they don't answer the phone at all and I've been trying to create an order. And no, the website doesn't even let me order what I want, so I need to speak to a human. Terrible.

First time there and it will be the last time!Very disappointed! Employees acted like they didn’t want to be there. I had to keep repeating my order to them. And what I paid was ridiculous for the small amount of ice cream that I received. My only mistake was not driving back to get a refund!

The guys at the counter should go work somewhere that then can be as miserable as they the guy chop my cookie into three pieces when it should have been like 20 pieces and the ice cream was over priced and melted as soon as they served it because it’s not properly stored

They were serving soupy extremely soft ice cream. Several flavors were not fit to be served and while it looked solid in the display, the one I ordered melted even more on the counter immediately upon mixing. It was only 75 outside today, the building was cool enough and air conditioned, clearly the freezers were not working. Definitely not the Cold Stone experience I have ever had in the past at any other location, even at the beach in the middle of August.

Went in for a milkshake waited in line for them to just say they are out of milk . 3/17/2023 how does a place like this run out of milk or maybe they did not want the trouble of making a milkshake because they were busy . Maybe next time put a sign up at the door saying you can't make a third of your menu .

Very friendly staff. Patient and helpful as we tried to decide on our many options. Loved the Apple Pie a la Coldstone in a fresh waffle bowl.

The place was very busy around 9 o'clock on a Thursday night. They have a lot of flavors to choose from and they also have a chocolate one that is almond milk. You can also buy ice cream cupcakes or cakes! It's all yummy
