I’m so exhausted from pharmacies not helping. They act like it’s our fault something was called incorrectly and do nothing to correct it. I’m going without the proper medicine bc they filled it wrong and now it’s “my problem “ to fix it. CVS has been the worest pharmacy to deal with.

This pharmacy located in Target at Marketplace in Bel Air never disappoints me. They keep me updated on my RXs and personally called me if they have a problem with filling one like not having it stock and sending it to another CVS close by.

I went to pick up a prescription that was transferred from the CVS IN Edgewood, MD the day before. I had the Edgewood location get the prescription from Wallgreens in Joppa on the 24th. I was then told it would be ready on Tuesday because they had to order it. When I cal on the 30th they said it had not come in and I said I needed it for the 3rd. They told me the CVS in Target in Bel Air had 4 in stock and he transferred the prescription to them and told me to call them in an hour to see if it was ready. I decided to wait till Fri, Dec 1st to pick it up. When I got there they did not have it ready and and said the pharmacist from Edgewood didn't send it over but they would have it ready in 15 minutes (how could they do that without having the prescription???) I sat there for almost a half an hour then asked someone if my prescription was ready and the pharmacist looked and it was. Why didn't they tell me it was ready since I was sitting there? I paid for it and left. I have had several problems with the Edgewood store in the past to the point where I transferred all my prescriptions to mail order only except this one because it is Trulicity. The only reason I am still using CVS is because it is the one my insurance pays for with a small co-pay. I would never recommend CVS Pharmacy to anyone who wants good customer service!!!

My first time experience at CVS pharmacy is Target of Bel Air, Md was exceptional. I work long hours and my dogs recently got sick and I needed medication for him. I showed up to the pharmacy a few minutes after 8 PM. There were a few other people in line but I was helped in a matter of minutes. I didnt expect to get the medication the same day but the technician asked me if I wanted to wait and was thrilled! I hope I spell his name correctly, but Hayden was the one who helped me. He kept me up current with how long it was going to take and during the check out process he remembered from when I originally dropped off the prescription that I wanted yo use good RX. With Haydens help and patience I saved over $100 on my dog’s medication. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I will admit, my person insurance makes me use Giant Pharmacy, which is where I normally take Prince (my dogs) prescriptions.. but not anymore.. I will be going to Target for here on out! Thank you Hayden and Target and CVS!!

I just came back from a marvelous trip and wanted to get some pictures physically made to put in a book as a gift for someone. When I went in I found that my selections would be $77 . A man came in and sat at the machine next to me and pulled out a coupon for 40% off. If the coupons were done they had to be ordered online. Of course I went home after canceling the order and did them online. The price was $37 which was amazing . When I went inside to pick up the pictures the next morning there was an employee behind the front counter. Her name was Anna. She was bubbly and quite full of life in a very professional way. She retrieved my order and allowed me to look at the pictures before I paid for them. She showed interest in them and there was one that did not turn out well. I bought the others and then realized that there was one I did not have, so she helped me with the computer without even once showing any sign that she might be perturbed or annoyed with me, when most people would have been. This CVS is a Churchville Road in Bel Air, Maryland. If you go there, and she's behind the counter, I can promise you a friendly, professional experience that will make your shopping worthwhile.

It is impossible to actually call and speak to a pharmacist. Everything is automated and I actually need to speak to someone because what I need to address is not available for the options.

I recently had an issue with my insurance that impacted my prescription plan. The pharmacist and his staff were outstanding in resolving this issue. I was treated with respect, and the CVS pharmacy really seemed to care about me as a person.

They can't see to get my prescriptions correct when called in from doctor they already made me lose one doctor for my mental health meds now they have already screwed things up once with my new doctor were I can't even get my meds on the same day...
