I am absolutely baffled at the most horrendous experience I’ve ever had in a retail store. I did an online order, and despite having multiple left in stock they cancelled my order so they didn’t have to look for it. Then I spend 45 minutes on the phone being transferred around to one person after another telling me they don’t know what’s going on and can’t help me. I get hung up on 4 times. And then they tell me they don’t have all my items, but took the money for the order they couldn’t fulfill. Went to speak with the manager about returning my money and he threatened me refused to give my money back despite being unable to provide the products I already paid for and tried to chase me to my car. I am in absolute disbelief.

Great experience, stopped in to stock up on Ravens gear since I live out of state now. I have never seen a Dicks with better service. I was checked on by 4 seperate employees. Prices were fair and there was a huge selection.

No hunting or camping gear, but a whole section of Stanley’s. Great “sporting goods” store for you there.

employees are immature and harassing. i’ve been profiled walking into the store four times and have been kicked out before making it out of the doorway. i have never done anything in the store other than buy items and have been blamed for other peoples actions. these employees should be fired and i should be allowed to shop freely.

I've ordered for pickup twice and once the process was quite easy and effective, a different time I ordered and then they told me they didnt have the item so I had to find it elsewhere

This store is really big and really nice. I like walking around and looking at stuff.
There's never any associates around to help me though.
Oh and they need a bigger Owala display.
Great place to go if you want a new Stanley lol

Everyone is so welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful every visit. They show me where things are and help me find the right size of anything I need specific to my sons sports. When the deal is cheaper online, they help you order it online with their computer system. Darby is always helpful with shoes and Robin who checks me out is always so sweet and makes sure I know all my possible offers. I love this new place and everyone who has ever helped me during all of my many visits.

They carry not a shred of camping gear or hunting gear. They do have a small section of fishing supplies, but you are probably better off driving to Bass Pro.

The employees here are not only extremely helpful, but they know their products and associated product lines. You never have to feel like an idiot for asking questions about anything because the employees aren't the least bit condescending. Prices are about average, but they definitely make up for it with customer service

If this store is representative of an improved design, they should go back to the drawing board. They have lots of soft goods (shorts, shirts, jackets) but have absolutely no camping, fishing, or hunting related gear at all. I hate shopping at Walmart, but at least they sell outdoor supplies.
