No one is ever in the office. I've called numerous times and was assured this would never happen again. But it keeps happening. This is the third time I'm dealing with this.

I choose this location because of its convenience even though it has many recent bad reviews. I had a pleasant experience renting a unit here. I reserved a unit online and moved my items in a few hours later. I called and spoke to someone on the phone to confirm my online booking. She was pleasant and friendly when we arrived and offered us to tour the unit before making a final decision. The unit was clean and there was a cart readily available to use for our heavier items. After reading the comments I opted for auto-pay to avoid a lockout. Rates are reasonable compared to the competition.

why is this girl always here by herself I always see her around the facility alone even witness her lift a heavy dresser into the dumpster by herself she DEF gets 5 STARS shes always nice and polite and has a smile. But Her managment gets 1 STAR from me

Many other storage units in bel air! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS!! NO ONE WORKS HERE NO EMPLOYEES IN OFFICE EVER, owner needs to show up!! No one can answer phones!$1 month is a lie! Many other better place in area.

Very unprofessional! Does not help or do anything besides collect your money. No one works here or in office, if your 1 day late paying your unit will be locked with no one there to open it even after you pay!! DO NO RENT FROM THEM WORST PLACE EVER

Worst place to rent from! AVOID AVOID AVOIDWILL LOCK YOU OUT UNIT WITH NO ONE IN OFFICE!Dirty place, no one answers phone!!$1 month is prorated, but has $50 in fees as well! Avoid them at all cost!

Dirty, unprofessional, really isnt $1 a month, good luck finding someone in the office to help you. Customer service only transfer u back to there store where no one answers. After 1 month being here, already moving out to better place.

We are paying an astronomical amount (more than was advertised due to several price increases) for an indoor unit. For MONTHS the window to the door to the building our unit is located in has been busted out and has not been repaired or at the very least covered. This is exposing our indoor unit to the outside elements. I have left a voice message every day for weeks with no response, reached out to corporate customer service who advises they put in urgent requests for someone to contact me but yet no one calls. Avoid this facility at all costs, it is not worth the hassle.

I just want to say that when I walked into the climate controlled storage for the first time that the floors looked clean and I was happy with what I saw. We needed to upgrade our storage because we rented one that was to small. Quita was amazing and super helpful. So far I think we made a good choice picking here. The $1 a month storage was super helpful for the first month too!

This place is a joke. I closed out my storage unit on 01/30/2023 at 10:50 a.m. Spoke to the two girls in the front office who said everything was taken care of and I wouldn't be charged February's rent. I was charged on 02/04, February's rent payment. I called them and they informed me I had to take my drivers license up there to get a refund. Drove back up there and they entered that in the system. I called back customer service immediately and was told I would get my refund in 7-14 business days. One month later, I am still waiting for my refund. I called today and they said it's because I checked out on 02/04 which is incorrect. This place is the worst. They just take your money and keep raising the monthly charge.

Dead mice all over the place, sometimes there are no carts to be found & lastly, a lock was placed on my unit because I paid 1 day late-3 weeks later, lock was on my unit. I was unable to get it taken off until the following day by calling but this was beyond inconvenient. There are plenty of other temperature controlled storage companies nearby, I suggest shopping around.

$1 first month rent is a LIE, its false advertisement. Late fee charged daily and its $25 a day. DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THESE LYING CROOKS!!!! It's only been 2 months and I'm moving my belongings to a more trustworthy place. This review is written for my daughter, who rents the unit. Sadly, they tricked ME with their false advertisement. I'm the dummy who sent her their way.

maurrissa was very kind when i was there she help me find the size unit that i needed not what i originally picked ( definitely wouldn’t have been able to fit anything i have) she represented excellent customer service
