Website guidelines list max package size as 48”x25”x25” and 55 pounds. I was attempting to drop off a monitor box that was 29”x21”x11” and less than 10 pounds. They immediately looked and said too big. I mentioned I was just on their site, and it says max guidelines. They gave me a blank stare. They should be educated on the FedEx guidelines as to not waste other people’s time.
