This FedEx store does amazing work for copies binding printing shipping. Ethan is so careful and helpful!! Keisha help me with a cookbook project and she was awesome.

Went to ship a bankers box. The associate told me they couldn't take the box even though the it's in FedEx's policy that bankerd boxes are accepted and I've used them before. Associate tried to get me to buy a new box and shipping supplies from them to ship the item. The store should know its own policy

Why does Fed Ex have physical stores if they cannot handle all shipping needs? I was turned away with a package and have to go to golden ring (30) minutes away.

It's 2024 and their print & go kiosk still can't print double sided along with none of their staff checking in to see if I needed any help, even after me standing for help.
Standards have gone way downhill than when I last was here in 2019-2020.
A couple staff are still nice but they're still lagging severely compared to mom & pop print shops, unacceptable for a big corporation

The employee committed fraud on my shipment information.
I wanted to send a gift to the UK, to a friend of mine. A candle my girlfriend made for him, and a ROG ally.
This technician labeled a value of the candle as 100 dollars. This is false information.
Then he decided to label this ally of mine as $350 value. No receipts or invoices were provided to the employee at this location.
The employees didn't even know what to classify the candle as. They guessed "furniture"
So, because of this fraud, incompetence and gross negligence, my friend had to pay $200 in taxes on a gift.
The candle that was made by my girlfriend for pennies on the dollar was imputed unlawfully at $100 by the unqualified employee.
The ally was imputed , unlawfully at 350 dollars, but the unqualified employee.
Now, customer service has been full of unlawful practices and passing the buck. I was extorted into signing paperwork without the proper information.
Customer service is telling me to find an invoice for the value of the candle. That's interesting. It was crafted by hand. It was not a business purchase.
The Ally was a gift of something that I already had.
This is criminal. Nobody should ever trust this company ever again
So, someone from FedEx reached out to my friend in the United Kingdom and made him pay taxes saying that it wasn't clarified that it was a gift.

Zach, greeted me immediately upon entering the store, in kind. Took care of my issue quickly without hesitation, very thorough. He considered my needs through the transaction. Good dude for your store. obviously he deserves a promotion. leads by example.

She was professional, knowledgeable, and listened to me the client so she could understand what were my goals and expectations. Her valuable input and suggestions made my project better than I could have imagined. To have a team member of this character and insight to details is a major asset to your business. It's people like Karen that you no longer shop at your competitors'; for you know that the job will be done right and exceed your expectations. Karen made my photo printing experience effortless; she did all the work for me. I usually use Walmart or Shutterfly for prints but I will always go here from now on. :)
