I carried in a trailer tire already mounted on a wheel that went flat and asked the guy if they could see why it wasn’t holding air and fix it.
He said not until tomorrow I said “1 wheel and tire” then with an attitude he said “I have 10 cars back there now with 17 on the way with 3 employees + me”..
So I left, and the 3 guys in the back were all sitting together in the middle of the shop doing nothing.
Poorly managed establishment.!

I do most of my car repair, but use them for tire and alignment services. Cannot complain one bit about the folks at this location. Front desk guys are knowledgeable and honest. Pricing is very competitive. Will be my go-to for anything I can’t handle in my garage.

I called for a quote on four tires and they had the best quote, very professional, and I could get an appointment the same day or early the next morning, tires in stock. My appointment was on a day when it was 100° and the technicians were working the best that they could in the heat with a packed schedule.

Not the tire I thought they was putting back on my vehicle. When I set the appointment I told them the year, make and model and I wanted the same tires that was on My vehicle. They put the same brand but lower model on my vehicle. Didn't have time to go through it, due to I was going out town for a Funeral that day. Customer service was friendly they just didn't do what we agreed upon over the phone. MY SATISFACTION IS NOT A 9 IT IS A 2.

Excellent service! Most places usually take 2 hours or longer for what I was requesting to have done, my service was completed in a little over an hour. Always appreciate a place that truly honors appointment times.

I have to say at first I was very skeptical of using a local shop to service my 2023 tesla model s plaid. However Nick and his technicians did not disappoint. They were very familiar with teslas and how to work on them. They performed an alignment accommodating a very specific spec sheet that I gave them and now the car is driving even better than it did when I picked it up brand new from the dealership. They even wrapped the seats in plastic wrap to avoid getting them dirty! Needless to say I’d much prefer these guys over any Tesla service center. I will be going here for all of my future vehicle needs. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone regardless of what kind of car you drive.

Got 4 tires. On way home my serpentine belt was shredded from something left in my engine bay. Now my engine light is on. Thanks Firestone. When I came to pick up my engine bay was open .all I got was 4 tires and a lifetime alignment. No reason to open my hood.
