Steve that works at Festival in bel Air was wonderful. We called about an issue we had with a new product for my 6 YO and he knew who we were when we walked in. He was kind, outgoing, and very helpful. Definitely the best experience we have had at this store thus far. Thank you Steve!

This Gamestop is the best on the east coast. Every time I go in there Steve and the other Manager as well as staff are always welcoming and want to help. They have a good selection of games and If something doesn't fit your needs they will try to help accommodate. If your in the area and looking for games this is your spot.
