The manager Kevin and Ellen were so helpful with my price adjustment and ensuring we got our closet organizer at the correct pricing even when we ordered it online. It took a little back and forth but we got it done. I appreciate the consideration and support to help us leave happy.

Always have a bad experience at the Bel Air, Md location. Danielle and Chris, both of these women are rude and nasty! When I asked for help (from Chris), after standing in line while they continued to take people ahead of me as if I wasn't there. She says I don't have a register open, without asking what I needed. She seemed to not want to help so I said I'll wait for someone else. Danielle comes over and once again I'm met with attitude. I gave her the name of the product I was looking for and instead of her putting in the name she says they don't sell it. She tells me to come around the counter and look to see because she doesn't see it. Of course you don't Danielle. You didn't listen. When I found the product she then decided to tell another associate to handle my order. It cost you nothing to be kind. You ladies may need a customer service training refresher.

I've always had very good in-store service here but unfortunately my recent experience with their door installation contractor was very poor. The company they used was unreliable with multiple no shows and wouldn't even return calls to reschedule. I'm surprised Home Depot lets their customers be treated like, especially for large purchases. It's very odd considering the in-store service is always very good.

This store is completely incompetent. I placed small orders and after a month they never contacted me or returned calls. Once I reached someone, they said only part of the order came in but wouldn't call someone until it all came in. After another week I called back and they had cancelled my order inexplicably. Multiple messages were left with management and I dealt with a different person every time, none of which could assist. Poor communication, management and resolution team. Finally they told me my purchase that was cancelled was refunded. After a week I checked with my HD credit card and NO refund. Shady location.

I just left this store and I must say to anyone of color do not visit this store!!! The racial tension will be felt the second you step foot in the store, not to mention instead of assisting you in finding what you need and providing customer service. The employees will fake busy with the "undercover" and asset protection guys. If you are black do not enter this store!!!

Working overnight stock at this Home Depot was only my second-ever job in my early 20's. Multiple health conditions, not yet diagnosed, made it incredibly difficult for me to keep up and I was simply treated like I was lazy. One of the two supervisors shamed me in front of everyone else for having to use the restroom longer than he liked. I injured my back working for them and had no money for a lawyer or disability, so I've just had to live physically more impaired ever since. Maybe the night management has changed since the early 2000's but they were ungrateful, disrespectful and inhuman people.
