Harford Mall is a quiet and clean shopping center with a friendly environment. Over the years, many stores have closed, leaving about 70% of the shops still open. The remaining stores include a few clothing outlets and a shoe-repair shop near Macy's. While some visitors have noticed improvements in the store selection, others feel the mall has declined significantly, with many stores disappearing and the newer added section sitting empty. Despite the changes, some still find the mall worth visiting for the stores that remain and appreciate the friendly staff. Overall, the mall has seen better days but retains a calm atmosphere and a few useful shops.
Honestly my favorite mall just because it’s not crowded. Perfect if you have kids and get overstimulated easily lol.

I was there for the Grand Opening of THB Bel Air!! Great food, Great Place, Great time!

Harford Mall is not what it used to be because half of the stores have closed but I went there for the Hallmark Store & the Bath & Body Store & these stores were fine as were the stores that were open.
