I came to Jones Junction when life was hitting me hard, and I love my Salesman Ken !! He is awesome, and a true blessing from God!! I'm glad he was there. I purchased a Jeep Renegade that I actually love, I am a Jeep lover for life!! Ken even helped some of my family members get a vehicle, when their car died when they got there!! Ken is the best!!
Now the problem!!
Jones says its jones for the life of the vehicle. Well, I brought my truck in for the oil consumption test several times, I had issues getting it checked, because I was told that no one could check it out when I brought it back when I was supposed to. So, the last time I finally got it checked and was told that it was all good. I still thought something was wrong because, later I was told because of the life of the vehicle that my oil was being consumed more because my vehicle was older. I'm not so sure of this and will be taking it to get it re checked at another dealership shop. I always check my oil, and when I went under the hood, I found that my hood rod was broken, which was not broken before I came there, I also that on that same day I found tools left under my hood a small screwdriver and some other metal tool that I don't know about. I spoke with the Manager Ernie, and he called me back, but it was kind of brushed off. and that piece is still broken.
Now that my Vehicle is almost paid off, I have been bringing my vehicle to get the oil changes, well every single time I get a oil change, something new is broken that wasn't broken a day after I leave. I understand wear and tear and I am not new to owning a vehicle I have had several, more than several, both times cost me over 1500 dollars, and I called, and all was said to me was bring it back up there and I'm like why for you all to break something else. I have a very reputable Licensed mechanic, and he has been in business for over 30 years who checks and keeps my vehicle in order. But upon the contract I signed it Jones for a lifetime so if I come get a oil change why is my vehicle being messed with and its happened 2 times now, how do I know it wont happen again. And why am I being thrown off by people that work there. I'm trying to figure out if this is being done on purpose because its looking just like it. I will never get anything fixed in service just because of this problem.

I had been dealing with Deb Rios; but she was temporarily unavailable. Valerie Daryton stepped in and was very helpful. The offer was very competitive and fair. The vehicle was cleaned up and Deb gave a detailed presentation. Didn’t feel any pressure from salespeople. Very happy with the results.

I called Jones Junction to see about getting a tire lug nut replaced because it was stripped. I was told on the phone that this could be done easily and that I did not need an appointment, I informed the person on the phone that I would be coming in the next day to get it done. Upon arrival, I was asked the name of who I spoke to on the phone and not treated with any sort of kindness, making me feel like it was a horrible inconvenience that I was there for what should have been a 2 minute fix. I tried to explain the issue to my advisor, who proceeded to tell me that they could probably not fix it because the rotor would be messed up. Someone from the shop came out to try to put the lug in and was unsuccessful. Both the advisor and the shop person proceeded to tell me that I would need new rotors even though they had just been replaced. They proceeded to hand me the lug nut and tell me that I could try it myself at home. I am extremely disappointed in the service that I received and the lack of knowledge of the workers. The lug nut does not screw into the rotor, it just has open holes for the lug to go through and then it screws into the wheel stud. They acted like there was absolutely no solution for me, except to try to sell me on a part that I did not need, and sent me on my way even though they are the ones who rotate my tires and stripped the lug nut and the wheel stud to begin with. This is incredibly disappointing, I have been a customer of Jones for 7 years. You are not allowed to have any Services done by anyone else except for Jones, but how am I supposed to have my car fixed when Jones won't fix it? I am forced to go elsewhere, to somewhere more knowledgeable and somewhere that prioritizes customer service.

I purchased a vehicle from Jeep in Woodbridge Virginia in August of 2023.
Since my purchase I relocated to Maryland and come to my local Jeep dealership here to get service for time to time. It is difficult to put my finger on what the difference is from dealership to dealership however the tone at the Maryland location continues to encourage me to make time have my services done in Virginia when when I can.
Due to proximity’s and the time my oil
Change came due I scheduled an oil change at the dealership here in Belair Md. I pull into the “quick oil change lane and into the garage area where I am greeted by a friendly employee who takes my keys and tell me someone can help me at Kiosk #2. As I am standing waiting for a staff member I place my purse and laptop back on the small area and a man sits down and asks, “what are you having done?” I let him know I am here for an oil change looks at my hand and says, oh “you I don’t have your Paperwork” and start calling over Another customer and begins to chat.
I step aside and move my belongings to stand at the next desk kiosk (#1) and I begin to grow a bit frustrated wondering why was I just turned away? The gentleman who took my keys came over to the man at kiosk #2 and hands him my paperwork. I walk up and he begins to enter my data into the system. I ask him why he turned me away? He responds that the man he was assisting had an appointment at 3pm for an oil change.
I tell him I also have a 3pm oil change and asked what distinguished the importance of his from mine. Keith proceeds to tell me what the pull in protocol I just went through. Keith wasn’t paying attention to the protocol I just followed and decided to be dismissive and rude instead of assisting in initiating my planned service. Ultimately he and I have a significant back and forth and I let him know that I am completely out of favor with him and I don’t want him Handling my service.
He hands my paperwork to the gentleman at Kiosk #1 who was impressively professionally considering the tense back and forth he just had to witness.
The rude employee who ruined my experience with this dealerships name is Keith Capps.

I brought my 2019 Ram 1500 Express to Jones Ram today for an oil change and a strange load squealing under the hood. I was greeted the moment I pulled into the shop and spoke with my service tech, Trey Slattery. He heard the noise and wrote it up after all my descriptions of the noise, and he sent it to the back. As soon as they were done, he explained it was a PCV under the hood, and they took care of it for me. Trey Slattery, the service center employees, and the sales people at Jones Ram are just fantastic every time I go there. Whether to purchase a vehicle or an oil change. They are just great folks at Jones. Each person was great. Very friendly place. Keep doing what you do best, customer service, and customer satisfaction
