I bought a 2019 Accord Sport 2 years ago. They only gave me 1 key fob. A week after I bought the car a company vehicle ran a red light and caused a lot of front end and computer damage. I took it back to Jones to have it fixed and they gave me my car back with damages still not fixed. I brought my car back about 3 months after the accident repairs because my bumper was popping off and they didnt put my wheel well on my drivers side back on. I was told by Cliff in the service dept. that my fender was still bent so thats why they couldnt put my wheel well back on. I asked why my fender wasnt fixed if it was damaged in the accident and he told me he didnt know and that I would have to pay for it out of pocket. I asked to speak to a supervisor and no one was available. Since that time I have brought my car back multiple times because the damages have only gotten worse. Ive had to pay out of pocket for computer repairs that should of been fixed when the accident happened as well as losing my under carriage because its not connected to my drivers side wheel well. I have called a supervisor numerous times with no call backs and now its 2 years later and my car is falling apart in the areas that werent fixed right at the time of the accident. This is very unprofessional! I have voiced my concerns with Jones too many times to count since the botched accident repairs and no one has reached out to me AT ALL! I have paid out of pocket for things I shouldnt have been responsible for and I have yet to receive any type of resolution in this matter! I pay for doctor jones and jones for a lifetime and I couldnt even get a tow truck at the time of the accident. This has been the worst experience with a dealership I have ever had! All of this couldve been resolved 2 years ago at the time of the accident but instead Ive been getting the run around for 2 years and now my car is falling apart

Jones Junction is a great place to consider purchasing a car where you'll be met with friendly, kind, and knowledgeable staff. They have a great and well priced selection, especially on used vehicles. When I stopped by I worked with Elizabeth and she helped me have a fantastic experience buying my car. I have been a loyal customer of Jones Junction Service Department for quite some time now, and I must say that Gary's commitment to providing excellent service has been consistently outstanding. Every time I bring my Jeep in for maintenance or repairs, Gary goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken care of with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.Gary's friendly and approachable attitude makes every interaction a pleasure. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explains the necessary work, and keeps me informed about the progress along the way. I never have to worry about surprises or hidden fees, as Gary is transparent and honest about the entire process.I genuinely appreciate the continued excellent service Gary provides. Worst Company ever. I purchased a 2015 Chevy Tahoe and have had issues since my purchase. When I called to report my issues I received nothing but attitude and was told by Chris that he didn't know anything about the truck but it was on the lot at the superstore. I have taken my vehicle up to the service department for the same issues, I live about an hour away furthermore, when my vehicle was serviced they used an outside repair shop to save money. Plus just about a couple of months after my purchase I needed brakes and rotors, which if the inspection had been done by a reliable source they would have seen they needed to be replaced and were told by Chris they had another company inspect the car. I was charged an additional $1,000.00 Chris told me he had to charge me something. I have not been pleased with my purchase and feel like I got a lemon. You don't have anyone at this store who understands my frustration it is just about a sale. No one was professional when I call everyone has an attitude and when I come in person the feeling is worse. I schedule an oil change and have to wait all day. I will never recommend purchasing a vehicle from here.

Casey at the Jeep dealership was super friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful during the repair of my Jeep. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I had so many issues and concerns at the previous dealership I was at and he just made things easier and more understandable for me. It actually seemed like he was just as concerned as I was and genuinely wanted to get things fixed. He even showed me what was wrong in my jeep! Literally 5 stars!!! I will be returning because of him!!

We bought a brand new Palisade from here, within 6 months I noticed something was terribly wrong with my truck. Took it back to them 3 different times to find out what, each time they kept saying it was nothing. The last time they claimed something was rubbing the tire and it was fixed, but it wasn’t at all. Took it back a 4th time two weeks ago because my truck was significantly worse and whenever it came to a complete stop, instead of driving forward when given gas it would roll back (almost causing accidents) then go forward and when you turned the wheel left or right there was grinding like the steering was going to snap ontop of the slipping.. Jay Kendall had his mechanic Craig FINALLY test drive my vehicle for the first time, discovered the AWD coupling had failed and needed to be replaced. This is all over the course of a year keep in mind. The part was ordered, it has been two weeks and I’ve called so many times as well gone up there to get my vehicle in to have it fixed as it’s getting significantly worse and is now dangerous to drive with my children. No one there will help us or follow up, not even the Manager Jay Kendall that was lead on this.

As always the team at Jones Subaru is exceeded expectations. It was my first time having the please to work with Nick Novosel and he went above and beyond what I have became accustomed to (amazing service). Justin Motley helped finish and finalize the deal at hand and made the closing experience feel like a trip to the park! Overall it was good. Only problem I had was my car sat in their finished line waiting for someone who works there to oversee it for 10 minutes. Employees walked right past it and no one did anything. I had to walk out of the waiting room to the advisor to see if anyone was going to pop the hoof, fill it with washer fluid and then let me know it was ready.

Worst service department ever. I’ve had to take my 2020 Jeep Cherokee in twice now for the same issue and it has not been resolved. Picked up my vehicle on Saturday 6/3 and today, 6/7 my vehicle died right in the middle of the road. Just how it did before. They claimed it was because of low oil. Well here we are, fresh oil changed and full, and it still isn’t running. Did they even actually try? Or is it just a guess what is wrong with it? They had no issues trying to get me to trade in my vehicle the same day for something newer. This place is nothing but a scam, can’t wait to get rid of this and never have to deal with such a poor company ever again.

I love Jones (Nissan)…..the guys there were so helpful especially the ones that took care of me Andrew and Zack. I didn’t buy my car there, but did take it to get some work done.They were fast. They went out of their way and beyond. Thanks again Jones (Nissan)

I had my car detailed and they did a decent job getting it clean. However, they had it all day and they initially forgot to clean the trunk. Also, they left the gas cap loose, which caused the check engine light to come on. This caused me fun as I don't have a way to clear the light. So, I had to visit my normal shop to have the light cleared. They also left some bugs and debris on the dash. So, I felt they could have done a much better job since they had the vehicle the whole day.
