I had a recall warranty repair done and not even 2 months later experienced another issue. Found out the part they did not replace should've been but they won't do it without charging me over $5000! They want to take advantage of people when they screw up. DO NOT trust this place!

Very dishonest sales practices. We were in the market for a 2023 Sorento SX-Prestige HEV. They had one advertised, with the options we were looking for. When we called it had already been sold. The salesman told us he had another exactly like it, aside from the color, coming in. That was great to hear since we really wanted the Snow White Pearl color. 2.5 hour trip to the dealership only to find they didn't have any 2023 Sorento to test drive. There was an X-Line on the floor and we were told other than trim cosmetics it was optioned the same as the one coming in. We went back and forth on our trade, and was told due to its history they could only give fair trade in value and would be wholesaling it and not offering it for sale on their lot. I must add the car was in absolute stunning condition. No mechanical or cosmetic issues. It was always repaired with genuine KIA parts. We returned home and my wife wanted to see some videos of the car we were buying. I found a video comparing the X-Line to the SX-Prestige. Turns out the panoramic roof is not standard on the SX-Prestige. Called the dealership and after they looked it up it was discovered they told us incorrectly and the car did not have the roof. My wife decided although she was disappointed about the roof, the color and other options were more important to her. The delivery date changed several times, but we did eventually take delivery. These issues are not what has us upset. They flat out LIED to us about our trade. They did offer it for sale on their lot at $8k above what they gave us. Now the issue is this was always their intention. I'm sure they failed to mention the $13k repair from a deer hit and the $6k repair from being hit by another car. The very reasons they low-balled us on trade in. We totally understand the diminished value from its history, but we, as well as the subsequent purchaser have been taken advantage of by their dishonest culture.

I had an awesome experience with everyone at Jones Kia. Just got home in our new SX X-Line Telluride. Since I traveled from out of state, I wanted to make sure nothing went wrong and had spoken to other dealers previously that were not responsive and/or overpricing the vehicle I was looking for.Everyone at Jones was fantastic to work with, particularly Athina (sales manager) and Mike Fletcher (salesperson). They were transparent, responsive, and all around easy to work with. No games or confusion to deal with. Also had a great experience with Ann (finance manager), who explained potential add-on options clearly and was not pushy at all.Would strongly recommend Jones and wish I lived closer so I could take advantage of their dealership for service. 10/10 for a flawless experience.

The last two times I have dealt with this service center have been awful. This time I went through the Jones kia website to purchase tires for my car and schedule an appointment, I then called the day before to confirm my appointment and no one could find an appointment even though I was staring at my order confirmation. Not only that but I was transferred back and forth between “scheduling” and the service center. Poor organization and customer service. I will take my current business and all future business elsewhere.
