Staff was generally pretty nice.
I will say that, you need to double check all of the clothing/ shoes you receive. When I got dressed at the venue, I realized that my left shoe was very shiny.. and the right one.... was not. It was obvious especially when light hit it. I don't have a picture to post, sorry.. but just take my word for it and check for yourself.

Kaitlyn was a huge help! I have a hard time finding suits in tall and slim sizes and she was able to set me up with exactly what I wanted at a great price. Highly recommend Jos A Banks, great experience! Will definitely be coming back in the future!

I came here looking for an outfit for our upcoming wedding, with no idea what I was looking for. Will was quick to approach me and guided me through the process. He was able to get my size and recommended some colors and styles. I found a suit in a color I had not considered and left very pleased. Will and Stacey both helped immensely as I was overwhelmed with the options and not very knowledgeable about formal attire.
7/9/25 I would like to add that the coat had to be ordered as they did not have the exact size in store, but when they went to ring me up, the coat did not come in that exact size anymore, and Will went ahead and picked one that was close. He said it would fit almost exactly. I got the coat, and it was too large so I came back for an alteration. I met Caitlin this time who helped me out. The amount of work to make it fit even remotely close was going to cost almost $130, or they recommended returning the coat and getting a custom one made for a significant price. I opted to return the coat and pants as they were matching and to try something else. While disheartening, and a little frustrating, the customer service here is still outstanding. I would still recommend them, even if they didn't have anything I wanted.

Sean was by far the coolest tailor I’ve ever worked with. Dude went above and beyond with his skills on the measurements. Picked it up today and it was flawlessly fitting. If you need a tailor he’s your guy 100%.
