It is a popular spot for birthday parties and summer camps, with hosts like Wendy making events flow smoothly and ensuring everyone has a fun time. The birthday parties are described as flawless and super fun, leaving kids and parents with great memories. However, experiences with the summer camp program have been mixed. While the birthday parties are highly recommended, some parents have found the communication and organization for summer camps lacking. In particular, a parent shared frustrations over delayed responses, unclear instructions, and outdated information about health forms and registration details. The lack of timely guidance and personalized support led to disappointment, and ultimately, the parent decided not to send their children to camp. The response from the camp’s staff was seen as dismissive, which added to the frustration. Despite the long-standing reputation of Kinetic Ninja Warrior, these issues highlight a need for improved communication and customer service, especially for busy parents seeking a seamless experience for their children. Overall, Kinetic Ninja Warrior is a great place for kids to learn, workout, and have fun, but improvements in communication could make the experience even better.

This place sucks turkey eggs, my good gaming associate/friend Joseph had a terrible experience here and I for one will not stand for it, your lucky I can't give negative stars

The unprofessionalism of this business is absurd. They are quick to take your money, but can not figure out how to properly book birthday parties (months in advance with receipts). This is very disappointing and I will never recommend this place.
