The young man didn't seem very interested or knowledgeable about what he was selling.Their prices are high. We found cheaper prices and better customer service at 3 other stores for the same Beauty Rest mattress.

Needed a mattress for my spare room. Did a little research on the website, found what I wanted, and went into the store. John and Barb were the salespeople. John is the guy who helped me out. He was super knowledgeable, showed me what I was looking for with options, and my purchase was complete in about 15 minutes. I bought my mattress on Saturday and it came in the next Tuesday. The delivery drivers were friendly and efficient. I greatly appreciated my service and got an awesome mattress.

Barb is by far one of the best employees mattress warehouse will ever have. I'm not sure what they pay her, but it isn't enough. She saved me so much money on my new pillows. Best price in the area for what I was shopping for. Free delivery and set up. John worked his magic and set delivery up for the next day. I was very happy with that plus he searched for the greatest discount he could apply. The delivery men were so kind and helpful. They actually put my foundation and the mattress covers on before putting the pieces on the bed frame. They took all the plastic that covers the mattress and foundation, with them. Very friendly and respectful with great manners.

They have a wide selection of mattresses. Price ranges are moderate to very pricey. They gave a computerized mattress that's supposed to point out the correct one for you. Interesting, but gimmicky. Employees very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.
