Avoid minute clinics at all cost. I brought my daughter in to get a Covid test (just in case). Negative. She had no symptoms other than a sore throat. The nurse pressured me into a flu test. Negative. After that she tried to pressure me into a strep test. I stood my ground that time and refused.Just got a bill in the mail for the two tests (I have pretty good insurance). The bill is for $198!!!!! I can not imagine how much my bill would have been if I would have agreed to more unnecessary tests.Absolutely ridiculous and UNETHICAL.

I am not a patient here but my grand daughter is and I've never incountered such nice and polite staff. On both the second and first floors. I have been here with her a lot to.

I was seen on time for my appointment but the bedside manner and overall politeness was definitely lacking. Also, the door between the exam room and waiting area is not soundproof which is frustrating for other people to hear my personal information.

WORST PLACE EVER. ALWAYS HOURS BEHIND APPT. TIMES AND ONLY 1 PERSON WORKING AT ALL TIMES. WAITED HOURS FOR BOTH APPTS. WHY ALLOW PEOPLE TO SCHEDULE APPTS. IF YOU CANNOT KEEP THEM AND ONLY HAVE 1 EMPLOYEE?!.. HIGHLY DISORGANIZED AND FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST...

Worst clinic I have been to. Had an appointment that I made online @ 9:30 am October 5th for testing. Today is October 23rd, I still have yet to receive my results. They open at 9, and when I got here @ 9:15 they weren’t open. The nurses looked liked they were just getting there because the lights were off and their coats were on. Initially, both women seemed very nice, but the issue was they were brand new and they didn’t know what they were doing. It was two nurses for one patient and they were the only two nurses. Luckily, I was the first one there so the wait wasn’t terrible, but if I’m the first and only patient and I have an appointment, there should be no wait. The nurses did not know how to work the computers, and they didn’t know where things belong. One of the nurses was also making slick comments about STI testing about another patient from another day which made me feel insecure. Someone should have trained them for the specific location, and they should not have been alone since they were both new! No shade to these lovely ladies

Worst clinic to visit. The send numerous text messages before appointment and once reach there, you wait for ever. I’m here waiting for Al most an hour and I don’t see the end in sight. Big dis appointment.

I made an appointment for 6:10pm. I got here at 6pm and checked in. I’m still waiting at this moment and it’s almost 7pm. A family came after me and she took them before me. How does that make any sense at all? This is ridiculous and this will be my last visit to MinuteClinic. I get in faster at urgent cares. I usually go to ExpressCare and they bring me back within 10 minutes. I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes for a quick test.

After being a patient at Winters Run for over a decade, the world changed with Covid 19. After being apart for over a year, I anxiously returned today. Mask protocol, a new exam room, a new Nurse, and a new Doctor.

Good service, the staff member administering the shot knew the correct physical procedure for giving vaccines to kids, and all done pretty quickly. Thanks!

Appointment scheduled for 12pm. Requested to arrive 15 minutes earlier than appointment schedule. Arrived to minute clinic at 1140pm. Did not get called into room until 1245pm. Previous patient in room for nearly an hour. Seems to be a problem with pace of care recieved. Would understand if this was an urgent care setting but as it isn't, unsure why wait times are posted so long past visit. If you have time to wait, by all means...if not, don't waste your time.

this was a terrible experience , my appointment was set for 5:10 and i wasn’t seen at all . I was sitting there for 40 minutes after arriving at 4:50 . The doctor in office wasn’t very pleasant either

I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time for a general physical. Once finally meeting with the provider, she stated the clinic does not do general physicals, despite it being listed online. The provider tried to argue with me that I needed more than a general physical, despite having another doctor confirm I needed nothing other than a general physical. The provider still refused to see me as a patient.

Was tested for strep, a flu strain, and covid-19 all in one visit; with results given during the visit. Very thorough exam for what you'd expect when sick. Scheduled the appointment online and chose the first slot. Could tell that my visit made the wait longer for people who came after me - so keep that in mind the later you schedule. Would not recommend showing up without an appointment.

I went here on June 27th for their drive up covid testing. I was told 2-4 days for results... the most up to a week since the amount of testing being performed is rapidly increasing. Here we are, July 6th ... 9 days after testing and have heard nothing. Tried calling multiple times and I’m sitting here again on hold for 45 minutes now. I understand it’s a pandemic but friends and family who went here as well AFTER I did already have their results. I’d recommend going somewhere else.
