Avoid this place at all costs. They have zero respect for you or your time.
I had a 4pm appointment to change four tires, balance, and alignment which I dropped off my vehicle 10-15 minutes early for. At 5:30pm (30 minutes before they close) I get a call from them asking for the location of my wheel lock key which in the past they have never asked for this because they typically have those on hand for many make and models of wheel locks. Regardless, I told them the exact location of the key. 5 minutes later I get a call that they're unable to locate the wheel lock key and would have to reschedule me for the next day.
When I returned to pick up my vehicle I looked in the location I told them to look and the key was EXACTLY where I said it would be. Whats more, the location it was in was exactly how I last left it which leads me to believe they over booked, ran behind, and didn't want to do the work that closing and thus made their lateness my problem by coming up with an excuse to not honor the appointment.
They let me know they could fit me in at 8 AM this morning after that. Seeing as they had my tires there and I paid the $25 deposit I foolishly accepted and brought my vehicle back this morning at 7:55 AM. I waited another 2 hours after that for them to change 4 tires and then one of the mechanics comes out and tells me they don't have the tools to balance my wheels properly.
These are stock, Toyota 4Runner wheels we are talking about here, they aren't anything special, they're what came with the vehicle, and these wheels have been coming stock with this make and model 4Runner since 2014! TEN YEARS this wheel has existed but they don't have the tools to do their job and therefore that's now my problem. So they don't balance the wheels at all, they take another 30-40 minutes to put the wheels on and do an alignment which, thank Christ, no alignment was actually needed and I paid for the tires and "labor", but wasn't changed for balancing or the alignment.
This was a terrible and frustrating experience. Lesson learned. Never again.

Very quick! Found a screw in my tire and had to get to work later that mornjng. The shop was able to get me patched and out the door in about 15 minutes.
