Was looking for some legal sized folders and after perusing the folder section and other possible locations a legal folder may be, I finally caved and asked a store employee. She pointed over to the folder section and said "if we have them, they would be over there". I simply departed the store and left her staring back into space probably thinking about the next cupcake she's going to destroy. I shouldn't be so negative because if it weren't for heroes like her during this pandemic, this Office Depot would surely be closed. But, on the flip side, I bet cupcake manufacturers are the real heroes to this sloth...

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the aisles are well marked. I went in recently to get some copies made and was confused by the procedure, (it had been a while since I'd been there, and you now have to enter everything at a computer first). Luckily, I was the only customer at the time and the associate I worked with was happy to help me. The front desk line always seems to go pretty quickly, too.

I have used Office Depot's printing services several times. This experience was by far the worst and has put me in a bit of a predicament. I ordered business cards, but after submitting needed to change an item on the card. I was advised that I could not edit the card, that I had to cancel the order and resubmit with my changes. I cancelled the order, but when I went to resubmit, the price was double what I had initially been "quoted." I called Office Depot and was told that the discount was "no longer available" which was odd to me being this all occurred within a couple of hours. We agreed that I would keep the initial order and was given a confirmation number confirming that the order was reinstated and that I could pick up the end of the day Thursday. I made a call to the store on Thursday at 1pm and was told they had my order and were actually printing it. GREAT! I took my lunch break at 1 pm on Friday, get to the store and am advised that the order was cancelled. At this point I am now upset, and try explaining to the clerk that I have a confirmation of the service request being reinstated and that I talked to someone yesterday who stated it was being printed. As I am explaining this to the clerk, she walks away and helps a different customer. When she finished helping the customer, she comes back to the counter and says "what do you want me to do?" I requested to speak to the manager. I went through the same exact process with him. We decided that we would reprint the cards and have them done within 30 minutes. I asked if we could edit the file before printing and the manager's response was "you need to work with me here." At that point I told him to not worry about and please make sure my refund is issued. He chuckled and said "OK."
It isn't so much that my order wasn't done, but what got me was the lack of professionalism and customer service. From the clerk who rudely stopped providing service to the manager who found the situation amusing, it is just really disappointing. I have worked in customer service everyday since I was 15 and would never walk away from a customer or handle this situation the way they did. I hope that the GM has a better way of handling when she is "available" on Monday. This will be the last time that I depend on Office Depot to print something expedited, or possibly at all.

We went to purchase a printer, ink and paper as we have spent lot of money in the store with computers and office furniture. The printer was mislabeled with the price and the nice gentleman that helped us didnt realize that. When we went to purchase the printer the store manager was the rudest person i have ever come across! He treated us horrible pulled the other guy away from other clients and lectured him in front of us! It wasnt his fault the label was wrong! Wouldnt give us the labels price needless to say we walked out without a purchase! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!
