Such good energy . Right away they helped me get what I needed . Super kind people . They went above and beyond for me. I definitely recommend this place . I was having a very rough week and they made me feel at home . The place was very clean and well organized .

I arrived 10:30am with my Labrador Hannah for an appointment. The young intake lady gave me the details of the bath and what I wanted done; bath w/deshedding, trim & file nails, trim pawpads, and hygenic trim fur on backside. She told me all is included in the large dog bath price and hygrnic trim won't be charged for grooming since it's minor nor did she mention any incidental charge. I agreed to all that for $95.00. She also told me it was going to take about 2-3hrs and would get a text. By 2pm never got a text so went to pickup Hannah and wasn’t ready. By 3:30pm she was ready after 5 hrs. so I was at the front to pay. They pulled a bait&switch charging me $30 extra for the hygenic fur trim which I was very taken back and upset about. To add insult to injury i noticed front paws nails were not done. I pointed it out before leaving, they called the tech out to look and the tech said she couldn't do them cause Hannah wouldn’t stay still. So instead of honestly telling me this they further wanted to scam me by being dishonest. The tech got a dremmel while I held my Hannah's legs and she went over the front nails, but they're still too long. Lots of drama, so I don’t recommend this place.

All excuses & Deflection for horrible cuts on both of my Shih-Tzu's. Pet Nirvana complained my dog urinated all over the store, as I saw two other Shih-Tzu's doing the same. Proof the store is not cleaned well. If I save one consumer from this disaster of a pet Groomer= Winning!!! If I save Two=Bonus!!!Three or more= Victory for the pooches & their loving parents!!! My dog had three very small matts. Pet Nirvana WILL charge a $25 fee no matter the size of them. It is a side hustle to boast their profit margin.The proof of VERY poor work is in the pictures. My husband & I both blew our minds when I returned home with the dogs. ATROCIOUS customer service. Also, I will be posting these pictures on my neighborhood fb pages to warn others. PH/WM is a vast area.

I have been a long time customer of Pet Nirvana, Bel Air! Kary and Bruce truly care about their business and have a wonderful staff. Everyone has always been so helpful. I love the wide variety of treats, chews and toys for my pup! We’ve also used the bathing facilities and everything has always been clean and nice! My Ozzy loves the hair dryers!! It’s nice to know I have a great pet store nearby that carries good quality food, and for sure one that’s clean, with a variety and that has friendly, knowledgeable staff! Thanks Kary and Bruce!!

Do not take your pets here, I was not satisfied with my dogs hair grooming experience I think they didn’t listen to my instructions and I believe my dogs hair is cut way too short, I felt like they profiled me for being young and thought I was going to steal the dog without paying when the desk is up front by the door. They snatched my dogs leash right out of my hand very. I can’t believe I payed 130$!

I love this store! Owner is awesome & all employees are helpful and friendly. Diana is an awesome groomer. Been going to their locations for years. I even had a FB throwback pic today when I took Harley to see Santa at the store in 2015. I am all for supporting local small businesses. Keep up the great work team!

Do NOT take your pets here. This was my third and final attempt with Pet Nirvana. Not only the DRAMATIC price increase but my poor dogs. I have two Golden Retrievers - one is docile and the other a little spazz but in the best way ever, they are GOLDENS. When dropping the dogs off we did ask for a shorter cut - NOT SHAVED. When we arrived and the bill was $40 more each dog since July. There was no explanation except that my dogs were really hard and things have gotten bad for the shop. The woman even stated how she had to fire people and times were tough. Again, I was just thrown off by the increase. I paid the bill and let it go UNTIL they brought my beautiful boys out COMPLETELY shaved. Goldens should never be shaved. One was still bleeding where they must have gotten to close on his belly. The other was so traumatized he cowered all afternoon. It was AWFUL. Feb2023-$85, July2023-$100, Dec 2023-$140.
