This branch has hands down the worst customer service even by large bank standards. My fiancé and I came in several months ago to be added to each other’s accounts. We had a pleasant conversation with the employee assisting us, and all was assumed to be fine. However after a few days we still didn’t see each other’s accounts in online banking. I called the branch and was told due to a holiday it may take extra time, which is fair. However after several more business days still nothing showed up and I called again. This time I was told that the person had forgotten to send our new signature cards in for processing. I do understand that mistakes happen and had this been the only incident I would have not cared. However, my fiancé made an appointment more recently for us to come in to open a credit card at the branch. I was unable to come but the branch said they could start the process and add me later. When my fiancé got there early for her appointment, she was told it would be a brief wait by a teller. One of the employees was with a customer but the other employee did not appear to be with anyone. Neither made any effort to estimate a wait time or greet her as the teller had. After waiting 30 minutes AFTER her scheduled appointment time, she walked out of the branch. We will never be going to this branch again, and I recommend others do the same.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I do miss having deposit slips on the desks, but the tellers are quick to hand them to me.

Went in to withdrawal $300. 1 teller waiting on customers. 1 teller taking care of Drive Thru. When I got there I looked for withdrawal slips....None to be found...After a 25 min. wait, got to teller who then gave me a withdrawal slip to then fill out. Are you kidding me!

The absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced. I needed to extend my debit limit to make a down payment on a car from CarMax and after calling the toll free number talking to a offshore call center and eventually getting disconnected for over 30 min I called the branch to be meet by rude and totally incompetent people. It’s my money and if I need it you PNC need to release it. 45 minutes and still not resolved!

Retail banking is very hit or miss these days...Wells Fargo wasted almost 2 hours of my time to close down the account of a deceased relative though I had the required probate paperwork. So I don't doubt that people have had bad experiences. But both staff members who helped me with complex issues at this branch could not have been more professional or courteous. I would definitely consider them if you need a service like trust accounts that are best handled at one of the 'big banks'.

Horrible and rude customer service. We have both business and personal accounts with PNC.I sent over an employee to get $30 worth of change for the register. Not only was the "lead teller" rude she was too lazy to look up our account numbers to verify we are a customer.Never again with PNC. Customer service is horrific.

They were always very kind, up until you have an actual problem that needs to be solved. I have been a customer there for many years. This is the first time I have ever had a problem where I needed a transaction disputed. The lady I spoke to kept talking over me, was SO very rude about the whole situation because it didn't take 5 minutes to solve, and then would ask me questions but wouldn't even let me get a word in to answer. I am so disappointed. I was already thinking about opening another bank account somewhere else while having PNC too, but they want to charge you for having an account with them if you don't have a certain amount of money in it per month. Obviously that's not the people who work there's fault, but after learning that and this situation happening this definitely put the nail in the coffin. Completely leaving PNC.

This is the worst bank ever. Awful customer service, the teller ladies are so stuck up & just rude. They should not be working customer service if they can’t do customer service! Period!! TRASH.

I don’t have an account with PNC. I love my bank, but it is not a brick & mortar. My review is solely on my ATM experience. The FEE FREE ATMs allow you to withdraw cash in multiple denominations. Need small bills for a yard sale, allowance, or tips? Go to PNC. I was able to withdraw over $100 in ones. The ATM in the lobby has more options than the drive thru.

Crooks. They charge 2% to cash a check without an account. With a policy like that, why on God's green earth would I open one?
