“Benson post office is the best one around. I literally drive past 2 post offices that are much closer to my house because the customer service and kind disposition of Derek and Donna are unmatched. The two other local post offices (Bel Air & Forest Hill) could learn from Benson!”

“I wasn't receiving my Amazon Packages. I was getting upset because I previously was getting them. I stopped in A second time and spoke with A supervisor from the post office, she brought my packages to my address the next day to see my driveway to see why maybe they weren't getting delivered. She and my husband spoke for 10 minutes. I was very appreciative of her effort to work the problem out.”

“I gave 5 star very pleased with the lady name june with no hair ( sorry i had to write with no hair ) wonder ful service i have ever received in post office she was such a humble, nice to me even though i had made left and made mistake in my in filling my passport application form she was so calm letting me know where mistake was made and left to fill . She corrected them told me its ok we got this . She is amazing person her smile while serving was so pleasant. I will definitely go to this place in future too bc i used to go in different place. “I find this post office very professional and caring keeping customers moving through their business. I moved to this post office box in Perry Hall from my original community due to problems with fraud, and my mail has been secure since.
Every time I have been helped whether by Cynthia, Bonnie or Tabitha I have always felt their knowledge and capabilities were quite obvious. When they were on vacation, Anton was the substitute and he was every bit as helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Whatever goes on in this office they strive to make changes and difficulties as seamless as possible. I am greatly relieved I came here.
One last thought: In our current society plagued by fraud, I will never again trust an outdoor mailbox no matter where it is. That is where my fraud came from.”
